While opting for independent caregivers might appear more cost-effective, it's essential to recognize that you bear sole legal responsibility for them. This includes obligations such as worker's compensation, income taxes, and insurance. In the absence of worker's compensation insurance, you assume liability in the event of a caregiver sustaining injuries on the job. Additionally, you are accountable for withholding taxes, and if a caregiver engages in theft, your insurance coverage may or may not extend to compensate for the loss. Choosing our company shifts the burden of responsibility. We assume liability for all aspects - from injuries sustained by a caregiver on the job to instances of theft. With our comprehensive insurance coverage, you can have peace of mind knowing that we are legally responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, ensuring a secure and worry-free caregiving experience.

How do you know your caregivers are trustworthy?

Caregivers are very carefully selected. Only 1 out of every 25 applicants are hired, and all caregivers must pass a nationwide criminal background check (FBI and DOJ.) Caregivers are also monitored by a Client Care Manager (CCM) to ensure they are providing proper care. All of us caregivers are certified and registered through the Home Care Bureau. They are highly trained even before entering your home and continue their training throughout to ensure they give you the best possible care.

How can I pay for in-home care?

We accept Private pay, Long term care insurance and Veterans Aid and Attendance.

Does health insurance cover your services?

Unfortunately, since we are considered non-medical, health insurance will not cover our services.
