8. Apple Health (HealthKit)

Apple Health / HealthKit access is optional. If you connect Apple Health, Ubora Health reads only the data types you approve so we can show those readings in your health records and activity views. We do not write data to Apple Health.

• HealthKit data is used only to populate your records and activity in the app. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or other use-based data mining.
• We do not sell HealthKit data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
• You can disconnect Apple Health in Profile → Apple Health, and you can change or revoke access anytime in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Ubora Health.

9. Children's Privacy

Ubora Health accounts are for adults. We do not offer a standalone app experience for children, and we do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian, you may add a family member (including a child) on your adult account and keep their health records there. That information is stored under your account, not as a child-created account. If you believe a child under 13 created an account, contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
