Bayshire Rancho Mirage

I am blessed to still have my Mom in my life. My Mom is a long time resident at Bayshire, Rancho Mirage. Assisted Living provides the support care my Mom needs. Little things you and I take for granted, her caregivers see to. They are very kind and helpful. Nursing Staff orders her prescriptions and keep her vaccines up to date, while Medtechs distribute my Mom’s medications daily. Management Staff keeps me informed of Covid 19 updates, protocols and screening info. Front Desk operations and support staff are courteous and very helpful. Catering Staff and Servers provide healthy meals daily. There is even a hair and nail salon on site, which makes my Mom happy.

Bayshire Rancho Mirage and everyone there was just very nice. I got there early for the tour and they accommodated me. I toured the assisted living and it was very clean and bright. The apartment I was shown was a studio apartment. It was bright and airy, clean, and just very nice. The dining area was also very nice. They even gave me a couple of meals to take home, and the meals were really quite good. There was some exercise activity going on when I was there. I saw the restaurant area and it seemed pretty active too.

My aunt spent the last several years of her life in 4 different assisted living facilities in the Palm Springs area. She was the type of person, who never complained….but WE, the family, were NOT happy with the first three for a variety of reasons. Then we found Bayshire Rancho Mirage! Bayshire made SUCH a difference for her last year and especially the last many so difficult months of her life. The ENTIRE staff was always so considerate, respectful, helpful, compassionate…it was amazing. You made my aunts end of life so much easier—-with respect—-dignity—-and love. I, and our family thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My husband was in the Skilled Nursing facility at Bayshire for 5 weeks & had very good care. While there always may be a less than great staff member, over all care was excellent. I am especially grateful for Michelle, the Director of Nursing and several of her nurses. Bayshire Rancho Mirage would certainly be my choice if we have to use such a facility in the future!

I’ve never met a kinder more professional group of caregivers. The nurses are very compassionate and the physical therapy and occupational therapy staff is exceptional. The facility is spotless. The cuisine is very nutritious, plentiful, and well prepared. The entire facility has a very positive and refreshing atmosphere. Bayshire Rancho Mirage has gone above and beyond to give me peace of mind since I am doing caregiving from a distance. I thank everyone at Bayshire for all of their help & compassion as it pertains to my very special step mom who is so far away.
