Bliss Care Home

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the care and compassion BLiss Care Home provided to my mother during her time there. Knowing she was treated with dignity, patience, and kindness brought comfort to our family, especially during her final days. I would like to give special thanks to Nikki. Her support, communication, and steady presence made an enormous difference to both my mom and to me. She went above and beyond, and I am truly grateful for the way she guided us through such a difficult time. The work they do is not easy, yet they do it with humanity and heart, and that made a meaningful difference in her life and in ours. Thank you for being there for her when she needed it most, and for the support you extended to our family. We will always remember the care she received under your roof.

I was given short notice about my Mom's illness and was told she needed Hospice. At that point I was beyond overwhelmed and that same day I was introduced to both Nikki and her husband AJ and I knew in my breaking heart that Bliss Homecare was safe for my Mother and that she would be in good hands. My Mom lost her battle and even though I wasn't able to be there, AJ was and held her hand the entire time. After this I knew I wanted to move my Father there as he too was under Hospice care however at one of those big facilities. He lite up after moving to Bliss. He had visitors from his prior job and was taken care of one on one!! He too lost his battle however I was thankful for both AJ and Nikki for the care they gave both of them. I would highly recommend Bliss Homecare in Fullerton to anyone!!! My sister and I thank them from the bottom of our hearts.

Our friend of 52 years — we had to place her in a care facility, but I didn't want those facilities that house hundreds of people. I wanted a much smaller place where she could feel at home and get the care she needed and deserved, and Bliss did that for us. We were very happy with them and I would recommend anybody else that's looking for a place to try them out first, so check them out — it doesn't hurt. You won't regret it. The care is better than putting them in these big places where you have one person taking care of five or six patients.

My mom worked with Nikki, who cared for her aunt while she was in hospice care. Nikki was incredibly caring and thoughtful. Her aunt left the hospital and went right to Bliss Care without any of her belongings. Nikki offered to go shopping to get her a few things to wear. Nikki made things so much easier for our family during a really stressful time. My mom knew Bliss Care was the place for her aunt when a current resident invited my mom back for tea. The residents really feel like Bliss Care is their home. Wonderful people!

My friend moved into Bliss Care Home. This is a boarding place. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very nice. Everything is very nice. It has a nice backyard, lots of fruit trees, an area where they can sit out, and a covered gazebo. Their living atmosphere is friendly, quiet, and nice. They have activities for the guests. The other three women that are there are nice. She has someone to converse with. I would put someone in there again if I had to. I would use their services again. I haven't found a problem with them.
