This was my first experience with home care. I am extremely thankful and grateful for their services. With their help and guidance, I was able to achieve a very good outcome. The two women were the utmost professional and supportive concerning my wound care. When I called the office they were polite and answered my questions. Thank you to my doctor, my insurance and all of you for helping me through this.

In my dealings I have had with Bridge Home Health, I could not have asked for more professional, more well trained, prompt, reliable, and nicer personalities than I received. A fine organization, I have received quality care from in every way. Thank you

My husband recently needed home health after surgery. We had nothing but a positive experience! We had Sarah for most of our visits, she was absolutely wonderful. We live in the mountains and she went above and beyond as a nurse. Very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. We also had Patrick a couple of times and he was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Great nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy staff. Got references to good resources also for after-care and additional person care. Good nursing and therapies to work towards independence.

Hi Stephanie, This is Karin R., Sue H's daughter, and as I think you are aware of by now, she passed away on 12/25. I'm writing on behalf of my family to thank you and the team at Bridge for the phenomenal care they provided to my Mom. In particular nurses Rio, Mark, Mia and Diane were wonderful to work with. While Mom sped up the date of her departure on us, the hospice experience included some really beautiful moments. And, your team helped us all along that journey to understand as best we could what was best to do for Mom in the moment and what was likely to happen next. My brother and I and our families all made it home by 12/24 and we had a grand Christmas Eve party in her room with her as was always our family's tradition. We think that send-off, along with visits from Hospice and clergy earlier that day, gave her the strength to leave and move on to her next journey. Everyone from Bridge was very sweet in ensuring we felt comfortable putting mom on hospice. The part that made us go through with it was the option to cancel services at any time without penalty if we wanted to. After about 2 weeks of starting, we didn't even consider stopping. They were there for us in her final days and knew what to do in every single situation. Her breathing was scary slow one night and we called the 24/7 nurse line and they came within the hour to make sure everything was okay and gave us peace of mind.

Used their services earlier this year when my aunt had end-stage lung cancer. The nurses came to her house and did a great job educating our whole family. We also had an aide come 3 times a week to shower her, which was all free. I wish we had started her on hospice sooner!

Bridge has been extremely kind and caring to my Husband. Doloris our LVN is the best! She's gone above an beyond for my husband. My husbands recovery skyrocketed when bridge began working with us. I'm very happy with our experience:)

I wanted to take the time to say a big thank you to Sonietta Brown SENIOR HOSPICE SPECIALIST she is a breathe of fresh air. I am the executive director of a senior living community in San Bernardino. Many people look over San Bernardino due to the low economic area we are in but we have senior and residents that need care I can't thank her enough very hands on friendly and dependable.
