Clearwater at the Arboretum

My mom’s health declined rapidly last year and me and her husband had no choice to put her in memory care. We checked-out 6 different facilities and Clearwater at The Arboretum was the clear winner. Tricia the sales representative was very informative and was patient with us. The facility had only been open for about 6 months when we moved my mom into their memory care unit. The building is nicely decorated and all the staff are friendly. Ezlie, the front desk person, always greets me by my first name and makes me feel welcome. The memory care staff are excellent and hard working! Ferdinand is always telling my mom jokes and making her laugh which is good thing because several of the places we visited were just depressing. Lisa, the Executive Director, of the Memory Care unit has been a pleasure to deal with. She is always friendly, like the other staff, and she is always available if we have a concern either on-site or via her cellphone. One of the pleasant suprises was that the food

My parents moved in to the facility in July. We lost my father in September however, the praise I have for Tricia and the caregivers is beyond what I can put into words!!!. I was fortunate to make two trips to see my father and both times everyone I encountered was just wonderful. The building and room choices are exceptional. The food is commendable and it is also about location, location, location.
