Channon and her team are professional, warm, attentive to large and small needs. My Mom and I were referred through our pastor. Channon and Concise care took the stress out of the process of finding assisted living options for my 87 year old mom. Channon met with us to assess Mom's needs, and provided candid practical advice. Then she took us to two facilities (after making a list of 6-7 for us). We got to the second place, Kingsley Manor, and we knew within the first hour (after lunch) that this was going to be hard to beat. We visited another two times. Mom moved in yesterday.
