Gordon Lane Care Center

All the staff and caregivers at Gordon Lane seem consistently excellent in their calm, considerate, and skillful working relationship with their patients. I have always found smiles on their faces, and never a distracted or conflicted attitude when assisting their patients. I have served as a chaplain and pastor to persons in other similar centers and hospitals. Gordon Lane stands out to me in so many ways.

Their care and kindness was great! Their Nurses, LVNs, & CNA’s were amazing. Overall everyone was very caring and someone stopped by as soon as we pushed the call light on. I’d recommend loved ones to stay.

I am a patient here at Gordon Lane Care Center. Everyone has been so nice to me . I love to joke around. I’ve know Olga for a long time and she has always been so helpful. Cynthia is also another person that I love to talk to. The nurses here at Gordon Lane are always nice to me. I like that I can go to the patio from my room. My overall time here has been great!

All the staff is very friendly, greeting visitors and patients. Nurses are amazing- kind and caring. One can tell from patients’ faces – they love their nurses and the supporting staff. The facility is very clean.

I think Gordon Lane is a good place for rehab my mom is been here almost 3 weeks and she’s very happy here the service is great especially Emily and Pilar the CNA there been very friendly very professional and patient with my mom. Thank for your hard work.

They really gotta add some new pictures to this facility all the pictures I seen was like four years ago nine years ago. My mom is going to be there tomorrow and I just hope it looks the same as those photos nothing’s really updated.

My husband was a patient for 6 days following an 8 day hospital stay. The care he received was excellent. The staff are warm, friendly and caring. The ratios were high, which surprised me as we expected to have slow response time, but the staff is quick. We were never made to feel we were a nuisance. The attending Dr. was thorough and had clearly read through my husband’s history. Overall, a really positive experience.

The Gordon Lane Care Center is great. This is by far the best care center I have been to. My father in law was in one before he passed, we were not happy at all. My mother is very happy with the staff. My family is very grateful for having her needs met. The management staff is outstanding. Met a young lady that helped me out with my mom

Absolutely clean facility, older building but very well maintained, great rehab program w/p.t., & o.t. professionals. Housekeeping is efficient, friendly & always on top of cleanliness. Along with exceptional doctors, LVN’s, & RN oversite, are bonus of the great medical attention I received. BIG shout-out to the wonderful, professional, attentive CNA’s! they make daily comfort a priority, always with a cheerful attitude! Thier Kitchen & staff does such a great job, even offers alternatives if you have any dislikes! ALL STAFF are 5 star! I am grateful for such top-notch treatment, bless all the staff for such friendly, caring & utmost professional care. Thank you all.

Facility was clean, properly staffed, and professionally run. Food was very good and snacks were healthy, tasty and timely. Nurses were outstanding, both accessible and attentive to questions and requests from family members. Doctors were very informative and helpful in understanding patient’s condition. PT staff was patient, encouraging and didn’t give up. Staff was just fabulous, extremely accommodating and happy to help. Highly recommend this facility.

My wife is in the care of Gordon Lane, at first she was a little leery but each day she’s liking it more, each time I have visited everyone has been nice, her only complaint is sometimes the food, keep up the good work.

Bailey Nightengale at Gordon Lane has been extremely helpful and efficient in dealing with all the paperwork and process of my mother’s transfer to Gordon Lane. Bailey was extremely nice and understanding during this whole process.

The facility is nice and clean. The employees there are really nice and professional. Any concerns I have they are willing to make it better for the patient and the family members. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and for those who have a love once that needs a really nice place to stay.

Today I met a young woman who will be an RN in another year. She responded quickly to my 92 year old mother. A pain management specialist and RN also responded. Great work Gordon Lane!

My parents have been at Gordon Lane Center since December of 2024. The care they get is excellent. The staff is very responsive and caring. The center is always very neat and clean. The activities provided are good. We could not have wished for any better facility.

Hi my name is David and I would like to express my honest feelings. I’ve been to several extended care facilities in the southern California area and Gordon Lanes staff goes beyond being team players by keeping the facility clean and extending their kindness and care. They assist with paperwork and take pride with various activities and especially in care of rehabilitation. There is no comparison to other facilities.

I appreciate how many nurses there are to help take care of my mom. They are very polite and willing to help my mom with whatever she needs. Also I’ve noticed my mom is getting physically stronger so that is thanks to the PT and OT people. It’s a great thing that there is a regular medicine nurse everyday giving my mom her meds on a regular basis which gives me peace of mind. There are also nurses that come by every day with a juice cart in the middle of the afternoon for a refreshing drink. I can tell the nurses try their best and I appreciate their help.

I appreciate all of the dedicated staff at Gordon Lane. They take excellent care of my mother. My Mom loves the staff and enjoys all of the many activities offered. She feels safe and cared for by compassionate and caring staff.

As I visit this facility I was saying to myself how nice and clean the facility is facility is kept. The nurses have beautiful personalites and how they care for their patients and know each patient by name. They made me feel welcome. The atmosphere is amazing.

Update: 04-16-25 I want to again thank Social Services Nathalie (awesome) for getting my wheelchair. Greatly needed for appointments and anything outdoors as I am still numb chest to toes. You all are so awesome.

Therapist Hend you are magnificent. I bought a step that I can practice on with different height levels. I have been practicing and also practicing all the various techniques you taught me. I’m doing much better thanks to you.

My experience wih my mom being at Gordon Lane for rehab has been a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and attentive reassuring me she is in good hands. The facility is always clean and the activity center goes out of their way to decorate and have fun activities for entertainment and social hours. The physical therapy team is excellent in developing both strength and better balance. My mom has gotten much stronger and will be going home next week thanks to the Gordan Lane Team.

The home has been very friendly and efficient in their services offered. The entire staff has been kind and helpful in my mother’s needs.

Bailey and Olga really made the transfer process of my Dad seamless and very low stress. Michelle was very helpful with his diet plan as well.

My aunt and I recently found ourselves in a position where she was in desperate need of skilled rehab due to a broken leg and hip replacement. We had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional care provided by Gordon Lane Care Center for my aunt. The staff at this skilled nursing facility truly goes above and beyond. CNA Itzel and Rudy never failed to please her and were extremely kind and compassionate towards their patients. The administrator Suchi was also particularly outstanding and always ensured that everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Bailey’s attentiveness and compassion made a significant difference in my aunt’s recovery, you can tell that she loves what she does. And her smile is contagious to anyone who sees it! If we had trouble with anything she was the go-to girl to make sure the job would be done. Her social worker Nathalie was also excellent in helping keep us on track with her goals and setting up Home Health to continue her care after discharge. As for the rehab, AMAZING!!! I could not have asked for a better rehab team to care for my aunt. Her therapists, Hend, Joy, and Ryan were very supportive of our goals and even helped exceed expectations. I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful care my aunt received and highly recommend Gordon Lane to anyone in need of skilled nursing services. Thank you all again so much for the overwhelming love and support you show your patients!

Gordon Lane Care Center is fantastic. They go above and beyond in every area. All levels of employees show exceptional compassion and have the attitude, “How can I help?” Some specific examples would be: 1. A social worker who gave her personal phone number and answered texts when she was not working. 2. A fabulous wound doctor and wound care nurse, providing expert instructions and care that brought great results. 3. A culture of employees taking care of situations, even if they are not in their job description. Once a CNA helped my friend eat just because she noticed she wasn’t eating. And another CNA bought clothes for patients who didn’t have enough clothes. 4. A knowledgeable physical therapy department that gets results with compassion and creativity. 5. Great staff and practices in place to encourage residents to eat well. They monitor and provide assistance with eating. They also offer alternative foods if the patient is not eating. My friend has advanced Alzheimer’s. Their knowledgeable staff knew how to encourage and coax her into eating. 6. There is great communication between departments, so problems are solved quickly without any conflict. 7. Employees who sing, joke, encourage, hug, laugh, serve, smile and build an environment that stimulates others to be happy during this difficult time in their lives. In the last seven months, I have seen four different care facilities. Gordon Lane far surpasses the others in every way!

My experience at this facility has been nothing short of amazing. This facility has improved on all fronts from A-Z. Their attention to detail is outstanding. I’m looking forward to working with this facility in the future.

My uncle had two heart attacks. When he arrived he could not move on his own. When he left months later he was able to walk out with a cane. Our family would like to thank all of the staff for the care, support, and professionalism given to him. He’s doing great and is taking more care of himself.

I want to take the time to thank the staff especially Jasmine Brown for helping our family navigate a very difficult transition. The first we have experienced. She made the process smooth and was very responsive when we would have questions about anything. My parents have been in this care for two months now. They have very good caregivers and all other staff are very polite and helpful. It’s very clean and tidy. We just had my Dad’s 106th birthday, they arranged beautiful party for him. I just want to thank everyone at Gordon Lane for taking care of my parents.

Gordon Lane is an amazing facility for your loved one. The staff is caring, professional, and assists in providing the best rehabilitation experience ever. The new administrator is extremely professional, truly cares about every single patient, and is “hands-on” in every aspect of daily care. It’s very comforting to know that professionalism still exists and is right here! Memorie, Bailey, and Teresa are just a few employees who are definitely assets to this facility!

This facility took exceptional care of my aunt after her surgery. The staff are wonderful and caring people and you can see that they love what they do. They treated my aunt with respect and compassion during her healing process. Olga and Olivia are wonderful! I highly recommend this place!

I have been at Garden Park for the last 7 months. I am very pleased with nursing and rehab staff through my stay at Garden Park. I made friends with a couple patients here. I would like to thank everyone for all the care I was given. I will miss being here, but glad to be going home. Dean Admin was great along with Administration.

My mom was here at Gordon Lane Care Center the staff took very good care of her, they treated her like family. She was very happy at Gordon Lane, she didn’t want to ever leave. She had been at other nursing homes but none of them compared to Gordon Lane. My mom always said her call light was answered right away by all staff. My mom passed recently and the staff were heart broken. All staff really touched our hearts with the care they gave my mom from laundry staff all the way to the administrator. Which my mom appreciated. Thank you to all staff at Gordon Lane for making my moms stay home. My sisters and I recommend Gordon Lane to everyone who wants there loved one safe and treated like family. Thank you to all the staff at Gordon Lane for taking excellent care of my mom.

My elderly mother fell ill and had to get transported to an assisted living center. After calling around, we found Gordon Lane in the City of Fullerton. The staff at Gordon Lane were amazing, attentive, extremely patient, and the facility was extremely clean. The nurses were right on time for medication and checking constantly with the patients. The nutritionists in the kitchen knew the perfect meal for each patient’s dietary needs. The main administration Sadaf was an angel and she facilitated everything for us. Thank you to the whole team at Gordon Lane. You guys are amazing. I recommend this center to anyone who needs an assisted living center for their loved ones.

My father was recently a patient at this facility while recovering from a spinal fracture. He was sent here by Dr. Dolouie his hospital geriatrician who is not only an outstanding doctor but truly provides top notch care to all of his patients. As for Gordon Lane – I can’t say enough about the facility and the staff there. The center was always clean, warm and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, caring and above all professional. They continually kept me updated and informed on my father’s progress and answered any questions I had. I felt very comfortable and at ease knowing that my father was receiving the best care by everyone involved. A special thanks to his care team, Rosa, Pedro, Bianca, Olivia, Jasmin, Sadaf, and the PT team for going above and beyond to get him back on his feet!

I would like to share my amazing experience at this facility where my dad received the most loving care for the last 5 months of his life. He was transferred to Gordon Lane in mid November 2023 post hospitalization for his late stage dementia. From the beginning he was welcomed with utmost care, respect and compassion. During his first weeks he received physical therapy and occupational therapy when he still had some strength left in his fragile body. Shortly after that he lost his ability to swallow and therefore had to have a special soft diet to receive nutrients. Every nurse, CNA and staff was trying their best to make him feel comfortable as best as they could. I visited him almost everyday and he was always clean, shaved, groomed and smelled good. His clothing were changed everyday and he never had any bed sores even though he could not move during his stay and was bed bound the entire time. This place always smelled good and was super clean every time I visited. The staff are all caring and go above and beyond to make sure that patients are as comfortable as possible during their stay. The doctors, nurses, nutritionists and most importantly Sadaf, who runs the place are angels sent from heaven! I can never thank them enough for taking care of my dad. God bless them all.

The staff at Girdon Lane are amazing, especially Eric. My Mom has heart and kidney failure and dementia. She can be very needy, but Gordon Lane’s staff does a great job taking care of anything she might need. I feel comfortable having my Mom stay at Gordon Lane. The standard of care provided is what matters most…and you’ll get that at Gordon Lane.

The activity staff here is superb. They do so much to make things feel welcoming to the residents and to make sure all activities are inclusive for all.
