Maintenance is great

Just moved in to Harmony Court two days ago. It was a lot of paperwork for me, but Minerva, one of the employees there helped me with every single piece of paper I had. She told me exactly what I needed. Bring it back,I'll process them right away. Also, I had the check made out to the wrong place. She told me exactly how to change that. She was a tremendous help, I take my hat off to Minerva. The place is super nice. Looks like a brand new rug brand new toilet everything looks brand new, parking on street all the people that are super friendly. I made the right choice in going there!!

Very nice ,very clean, with problem fix very fast, always inform resident in advance for any changes, the only problem i have you have to wait years to change the floor even you are disable unable to live on upper level they dont care they go by their rule hopefully they pay attention and fix it very soon I am sure they do otherwise everything else is excellent here.

My experience was very good. Management was very patient and professional. The surroundings were always in tact and clean.

Harmony Courts Apts are in a very nice location. There are restaurants for all ' taste' & /or appetites. The AMC theater & the So. Bay Galleria Mall is only a few blocks away.The HCA apt. complex is very well kept, & very quiet, The maintenance crew of Franciso & Maria seem well equipped to handle any situation within an appropriate time schedule during the weekdays. Weekend maintenance issues can become terrifying & heartbreaking because there is NO immediate help. The community center, pool, & jacuzzi are accommodating & inviting on very hot days. The main laundry room is large enough to handle & accommodate several tenants @ a time. There are also smaller laundry rooms which are connected to each of the 8 bldgs. HCA is a multicultural community of people from 62 y/o - 99+ !!. The tenants are very friendly and helpful. There's always someone who can make you laugh. With all the wonderful shops and restaurants to enjoy nearby, who want a chance to live @ HCA Apt. Community. The areas of concerns are: * rent increases: I've been here almost 3yrs w/3 rent increases. I suppose that life in CA. *lack of handicapped accessibility: Although most of the complex is accessible and accommodating, the concrete stairwell are not ! There aren't enough ramp &/or 'cut outs' to help w/ walkers,rollators, or electric scooters. This concern /issue keeps many tenants from being independent & self sufficient. *The smaller laundry rooms: There's only 1(yes, JUST 1 washer & dryer in each). The laundry room can accommodate 2 washing machines ( for light and dark clothing).I hope that HCA mgmt consider putting in the 2nd washing machine. It is very much needed. I've often encouraged many seniors who inquired about HCA to come & see for themselves.

I think the new management team is doing a wonderful job! They seem to really care about us! Service requests are handled in a very timely fashion. Yesterday when I was hauling my Christmas decorations up to my second floor storage unit, Maria, part of the maintenance staff, must have seen me struggling and came right up behind me and helped! I really appreciated that!

I'm happy living here. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Grounds are clean and gardens are lovely. Maintenance people are pleasant to talk to and they do their job well. In general everyone is pleasant and polite. Shared areas are always neat and clean. Laundry rooms are always neat and clean. I'm happy living here. It's my first experience as a tenant and I'm happy. I've always owned my own home. I think the gardeners are a little lax but that might be because of the recent change in ownership. I notice the difference in the gardens and it's not for the better.That would be my only criticism. You have to get in there and pull weeds and 'deadhead.' That's where you remove 'dead' leaves and 'garden trash.' Otherwise I have no complaints. It's peaceful and tenants are pleasant as is the office staff.

Maintenence staff is very good. When you need help he is always so nice and fixes it immediately.

Wonderful place and great management only problem all the residents complaining about the gate always open i don't know why? Because everybody lives here to your old and if anybody comes to their door and knock the door they can't do anything about it please fix this problem thank you so much and happy new year

Efren is awesome! He is always available and able to answer any questions I have. Also, the property is well kept and beautiful. if you have a loved one looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to call home... Harmony Court is the answer.

I am very happy to have my own place and the neighbors are quite friendly. It's quiet and I feel safe.

If there are any vacancies, I would like to move in.

Wonderful place for my grandparents! They do a good job of keeping everyone happy and safe.
