The nurse care and cleanliness are excellent.

We moved my sister to Kerner Ridge in February 2025. The management and team all have been pleasant and have worked endlessly on behalf of my sister. We are very pleased with our decision of choosing Kerner Ridge.

They are attentive and do their best to serve. They also develop relationships with the folks, like family! I would recommend to others.

It’s a good place. The main team is caring and good, but the day-to-day team seems to have a turnover. Overall, I would recommend it.

I just moved my husband in from a different community it’s like night and day so much better here!

My mother has been living at Kerner Ridge Assisted Living and I have been very pleased with all aspects of this community. As soon as you walk in the door you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and pleasing decor. The team is excellent- very caring and friendly. Her room is clean and comfortable, and she enjoys her meals in the dining room. Each day residents can choose to participate in a variety of activities. Deciding on a place for my mother to live was a major decision. I am thankful that she is living at Kerner Ridge.

I visit this community frequently to see patients, and I am always impressed with the care provided by the caregivers. There is never an odor to the community, and everything is very neat and organized. I enjoy visiting The Fountains!

Moved my mother-in-law into this community a few months ago. The experience was great from tour to now! The Executive Director, who also was their marketer, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful making the process smooth and seamless in one of the toughest times for our family. They went out of their way to provide for my mother-in-law. They are very caring & understanding. They tried to make things right for her. I was pleased with their helpfulness & care they took to get her there.

Everyone that works there has the most caring attitude. They are so easy to work with on any question I have. Lots of great activities – from the custodians to the executive director, I am 100% pleased! Recently a dulcimer group entertained for the residents, and they remarked that the group at Dalton Square was the happiest most involved group they had ever played for!

Lovely community, lovelier team! VERY CLEAN AND SMELLS GOOD INSIDE! The caregivers can be seen throughout a walk of the community tending to residents as if they were their own family in the rooms! Their daytime nursing director runs a tight ship! Don’t think twice. This is your loved one’s new home.

I love Dalton Square! The building is clean and beautiful; the residents are happy and engaged with lots of fun activities. The team really cares about the residents and their families. I would recommend 100 percent!

Our mom has adjusted well at Dublin Square. They keep her in a daily routine. She is well fed three times a day. They give her activities to do in between meals. We are at ease everyday knowing the team here is taking care of her. The Director and team have been awesome.

My mom has been in assisted living here for 3 months. She’s happier here than she was at home with me. The socialization with other residents has been great for her. She’s enjoying the independence. Her favorite time of the day is Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner!! The food is very good. Northstar Square has heart. I’m grateful!

My time at Northstar Square has been a great experience. The residence is clean, well-kept, and the team works to keep it that way. One of highlights of life here at Northstar is the food. The meals are always good to eat and good to look at. All the team members are attentive to our needs and go out of their way to make our lives here as positive as possible. Everyone from those who clean, the CNA’S who help with everyday life to those in management positions give us their attention and listen to our feedback.

This is a wonderful home for people with memory issues. They have caring team and tons of engaging activities. Everyone who lives there seems so happy and well cared for.

Seven Hills Square is wonderful! I moved my dad there about a month ago and I can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone there is! The kindness they all show to these residents is truly heartwarming! I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for the care you give my dad!

The level of care and compassion Seven Hills provide to their residents is truly unmatched. The community is designed with the residents’ comfort and safety in mind, and the leadership genuinely supports both team members and residents alike. They receive ongoing training to ensure they are providing the best possible care, and it shows in the smiles and well-being of the residents every day.

Mom was there for 4 years. I can say that they currently have the best team I’ve worked with. The morale of the team is great. They smile and speak every time we cross paths. The location is easy in and out for visitors. The building stays clean, and the food is good. I recommend Seven Hills for your loved one.

Visited Highland Squares yesterday for a car show they were doing for the residents there. The community was friendly and courteous. I have gone here for the last two years for this event and have enjoyed it especially the food that was served it was delicious.

Cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable team. All questions and concerns were addressed and explained completely. Our tour of the community was thorough and leisurely with the different rooms and amenities discussed in detail. We’re very satisfied with our choice of Highlands Square.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a sense of warmth and care. It was obvious that the entire team goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home.

I found Chatham Ridge to be a very caring environment; they really care about their residents. I have seen them take extra time to engage them in activities. They also take time to hear their stories and find out about their history. Families are treated with respect and dignity. The sales and marketing person really does care about the family, and goes above and beyond when showing the community to answer questions and make them feel comfortable with the decision they make.

Chatham Ridge has an outstanding medical team that includes doctors, nurses, physical therapists, and podiatrists. They also have a hairdresser on site, professional chefs, and an activity director that’s outstanding. They have a theatre room, a library, and very nice outside grounds. My mother loved the front porch and the beautiful flowers and trees. All the team members were so caring and nice. My mother literally thrived at Chatham Ridge. She had friends and activities to keep her busy and her own apartment for quiet and rest. Mom loved the parties that involved the families. They also had a wheelchair van that took them to outings and doctor appointments. What a wonderful end to a long life for my mother.

I toured Chatham Ridge, and the Sales Director was wonderful. Everyone was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. I truly believe that this can be a place where my loved one will thrive and be taken care of.

Northlake House’s team has been amazing. My loved one feels very happy here. I see my loved one enjoying the activities. Each resident has their own room and bathroom. This allows the residents to feel independent. This is a beautiful and clean community. My loved one loves it here. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. Some of the activities the community offers includes outings, games, arts and crafts, and more for the residents to participate in.

The activity director is terrific. She has manicure days, bingo, and balloon play. She takes them apple picking, to farms with petting zoos, organizes a dance, and even takes small groups to the beach. They had dinners for resident families on holidays. The regular caregivers are interacting with residents all the time. Lots of hugs and encouragement.

I have been quite pleased with the community. The caregivers are knowledgeable and so very kind to my husband. He has repeatedly told me how very kind everyone is. The community is always clean, and the residents look well kempt. My husband enjoys the meals and tells me there are snacks out if you want more. The administrative team is always available whenever I have questions or just need to talk. I highly recommend Northlake House to families who need placement for their loved ones.

“I love it here.” That’s my 92-year-old Mom speaking. She’s talking about her new life at Preston House. Her accommodations are perfect-a bright sunny window, private bathroom, and a place for her treasures from home. The food is five-star quality. The residents are kind and friendly. The community is beautifully maintained. But I’m saving the best for last: the team members and administrators. They literally work round the clock to provide the quality of care my mom needs. They love their work, and they love their residents. I’ve witnessed them working tirelessly -and after hours too-to ensure that Mom has the quality of care she needs, the equipment she needs, the resources she needs, to live her best life.

Our mother was at Preston House for a little over a year. She was well taken care of and felt very safe. The team from housekeeping, aides, med techs, the cook and maintenance were always looking out for her and visited with her. She would welcome their hugs and conversation.
