Paseos at Montclair North

I would like to share my experience living at The Paseos at Montclair North Apartments. The grounds were peaceful and the site was clean. I was fortunate to have a positive experience with the assistant manager Claudia Francis whenever I visited her office, she was readily available to assist me and clarify my questions. For example, she set aside her paperwork to listen to and address my concerns. She was very professional in all my needs pertaining to my concerns . Thank you!

Carlos Ruiz did an excellent job with the maintenance work. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and completed the work efficiently and thoroughly. Everything was left clean and in great condition when he finished. I really appreciate his attention to detail and friendly attitude. I would definitely recommend Carlos Ruiz to anyone needing maintenance services.

Fernando and his helper were professional, courteous, and efficient! They listened well and did an excellent job for me!

Claudia Francis at Paseos at Montclair North was great. I enjoyed the two years I lived there.

Moved in not that long ago, sink and toilet had some issues but not because of the quality it was our own fault. We put in a maintenance request at 4:30pm and they were knocking at our door at 4:45pm. I couldn't even believe it . They fixed it really quick and left. I was so surprised but I loved it! Got it done and very efficient. Loving these apartments so far.

Paseos Montclair North hosted its 1st Yoga/Sound Bath session on Saturday - what an experience! Thanks @KAYLACASTILLO for your beautiful facilitation. Maintenance team was impressive. They responded to my requests within hours, and were able to take care of the issues quickly and efficiently. Thank you !!! I am very appreciative.

As a resident of Paseos for the past two years, I would rate the property 7 out of 10 stars. On a positive note, the community is clean and well-maintained. I have not experienced any issues with roaches, bed bugs, or other undesirable pests, which is very important and appreciated. I am giving 7 stars primarily because the amenities are frequently under repair or undergoing redevelopment, which can be inconvenient for residents who look forward to using them. Most importantly, the leasing office staff leaves much to be desired in terms of professionalism. However, I want to acknowledge someone who truly stands out — Claudia in the leasing office. She is authentic, professional, and efficient. She treats everyone with respect and makes residents feel valued, regardless of race, creed, or financial status. I went into her office yesterday, and she immediately made me feel welcome. In contrast, another staff member in the front office directed me to 'take that rent check to Claudia,' pointed toward her office, and quickly rushed me away. The difference in customer service was very noticeable. People remember how one makes them feel. Keep Claudia forever!
