When Joel decided to move from Rochester, New York, to Rydal Park & Waters after his late wife, Dottie, was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, he found much more than quality care for Dottie. Since they were young girls, music and dance have been an integral part of Barbara and Carole’s lives.
