The staff at Sunrise are the best in town! The Activities Team (Debbie, April, & Belinda) offer such a nice variety of activities that there is something for everyone. From Pretty Nails, helping my mom feel pampered, to Math & Thinking Games, helping her stay sharp, the ladies make activities fun, engaging, and special for every resident. They are always talking with residents, smiling, and working hard for them. The Caregiving Team is fantastic, too. Shianne ensures the best training, staff supervision, and open communication with the family, which is so critical. The caregivers, such as Anji, Anuka, Briawnna, Kaitlin and everyone on staff truly care and they provide warm, patient, helpful, and consistently high-quality care. The nurses and the med techs, for example, Marsha and Isaac are on-time, careful, accurate, patient, and caring. Sunrise of Henderson is an outstanding senior living community for our dad. The staff is phenomenal, very knowledgeable, professional and caring. Our dad came to Sunrise of Henderson in poor health, in a wheelchair and on oxygen. He was living on his own and declining fast, so he made the decision to seek out an assisted living facility. Sunrise of Henderson was the only facility we visited (appointment set up through A Place for Mom) and immediately decided it was the place for him. Since moving into Sunrise of Henderson, and due to the amazing staff at the community as well as the residents our dad is thriving. He is off the oxygen and walking around with his walker. He has established a morning routine of eating breakfast, attending the exercise session and then going to many of the other activities, such as Bingo, Rock n Dice or Jeopardy. Staff and management are very responsive to questions and requests. Overall, if your loved one needs to be in a facility, I can't imagine one that would instill more comfort and confidence.

Thanks to the director, Shianne, and her team. We found a very clean and caring home for my mom. Keep doing what you guys do. You are helping so many families and give all of us peace of mind knowing that our loved ones are well cared for.

Sunrise of Henderson continues to be a wonderful place, full of caring people. Marie and the memory care team are 10 out of 10 fabulous. They are kind and attentive to the residents and very communicative and helpful to the family throughout the different stages of needs.

My husband was a resident at Sunrise for seven months. He was on the memory care floor. There are not enough words to express how I feel about the staff. They took such good care of my husband. I was there a lot, especially during lunchtime, and I could see how the staff interacted with the residents. There was always someone there to help. The staff knew all my family by name. Everyone was warm, friendly and caring. They encouraged my husband to participate in all the activities. On days when he didn’t want to be around the noise of everyone doing an activity, someone would take him outside to enjoy some fresh air. The facility is clean and very well maintained. There is a support group available for family members. That was very helpful. During my husband’s last days all the staff was incredibly kind and supportive. Placing my husband in Sunrise was a difficult decision. While he was there I knew he was safe and well cared for. Definitely a five-star review from me.

When placing a loved one in an assisted living it’s super important that you feel that your family member would be treated how you would treat them if you cared for them. I have no doubt that is the case at Sunrise. My experience with the entire staff was top tier. LA was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, kind and understanding as we navigate our decision as a family on what’s best for our loved one. The facility itself is stunning and very clean and all the residents were joyful and engaging with me and my family any time we visited.

We moved her in [date removed] to Henderson Nevada and she is being taken care of and thriving here! They are amazing it's sunrise of Henderson. My mom has been in 5 different assisted living memory care and sunrise by far it absolutely the BEST!
