I’ve had my mom staying for a few years. I really love the awesome service they provide. I can honestly say that I go home with peace knowing that my mom is in great hands. 5 stars hands down for all of the great staff at Sunset Manor.

Sunset Manor has been an incredible care facility for my sister. Their respiratory and physical therapists are top notch. The nurses and staff were very conscientious and thoughtful with one on one care for my sister. Blanca, the social services director, went over and above to solve problems and find the right solutions for my sister, always in her best interests.

Sunset manor is a beautiful facility that is well maintained and well ran. The staff is attentive and is very compassionate. The compassion they exhibit is heartwarming to witness when considering placing a loved one in Skilled Nursing Care. The facility is clean and is cozy inviting for visitation.

My wife did some checking on facilities that offered sub-acute care which by the way not many around, she was pleased from the beginning because of the professional and friendly voice that answered her call. I was admitted on Oct.3, 2023, and was there for a whole month for post-op care due to major surgery due to cancer, which left me unable to speak, a G tube for feeding, and a wound in my arm that required daily dressing changed. .we highly recommend this facility because of their qualified staff. All of the employees were professional, caring, and friendly. They really cared for your well-being and made you comfortable. We feel that we were lucky to find this place and do not hesitate to recommend this facility. There are so many employees that helped me get through this that I am unable to list, but each one knows who they are and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts.

My 80-year-old sister has been at Sunset Manor for about 2 years. She continues to have excellent care. The aids, nursing staff and administrators are proactive and very responsive to all requests. It’s always clean and rarely smells. They have been great about setting monthly plans as a team and monitor her closely on a daily basis. The only problem I have right now with them is they have a phone system that is not fully functional – but other than that, they’re doing a great job!

I have been helping my grandmother with her medical problems for some time now. We have dealt with several other convalescent hospitals that did not meet our needs and had lost hope that we would find a place with the correct care providers. We then met Blanca Alderete, the social worker at Sunset Manor, who went above and beyond for my grandmother. From the minute we met her we knew we would be in good hands. First of all, Blanca practices amazing bedside manners, something I tend to notice since I have experience working in the medical field. She made herself available whenever there was an issue going on and did not rest until the problem was resolved. She offered so many resources before we left the facility which made me feel more at peace with my grandmother’s situation. I hope I come across more social workers like her in the future!

Thank you Sunset Manor for the great care given to my dad. Blanca and the nursing staff were caring and considerate. I could call and Blanca answered all my questions and encouraged open communication. The nursing staff was also very kind and anytime my Dad was called they made sure the call was given to him. At time of discharge Blanca helped with additional sources of continued care. Blanca truly helped me navigate a stressful situation.

Kudos to Rodrigo and Bryan for the awesome care that they give to the patient in 152C(the bed by the window). Rodrigo is always in and out, answers the call light immediately when he is in the area and if he doesn’t know the answer to my questions, he will find out asap. Bryan did the same when he was assigned to my brother. He was attentive and he remembered my name and it is very unusual.

Looking for a good place that provides care for a loved one is extremely difficult because one thinks that no one can care for your loved one as good as themselves. However, my family and I found Sunset Manor and we were satisfied with the care they provided to my loved one. They provide good quality services and their staff is great. Thank you Sunset Manor.

This place is my life saver!! From the first time I called them to the last moment, they walked me through the whole process of getting my dad settled!! I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH, to the whole staff. You don’t know what it meant to me for all the care you have given my dad and helping me handle things since it was my first time dealing with a sick parent!! This facility is clean, well staff and friendly!! It didn’t seem like a convalescent home with the clean hallways and well equipped rooms with everything that was needed to keep my dad entertained. Thank you Sunset Manor!!!

This facility is definitely one of the best in this area! I visit my uncle every once in awhile, and I can tell that the staff has been working hard on his treatment and taking care of his well-being. They are very understanding and patient with his stubbornness, which not a lot of people can handle. I’m so thankful he’s in safe hands. Everytime I come here, it feels like visiting a second or third home because everyone’s so friendly and you can tell that they really want the best for their residents. Would definitely recommend to have any of your loved ones transferred here!
