My Brother received excellent care from the CNAs, Nurses, Activities Dept, P.T., Dining, housekeeping, social services, business & admissions dept. The CNAs were always so positive and hard working, caring & friendly. Our family is grateful for all that you did for him.

I love this place, the case workers are Amazing and helpful. Nursing is delivered at highest quality. I had my Dad here for two months. Highly recommended.

Went to see my friend today. I’ve been here before about 10 years ago. It was nice to revisit, but of course not under the circumstances. The place is very clean and smelled good too. I think that’s the most important thing to people. When you go into a skilled nursing home and if it smells, people, don’t want to stay…I wanted to stay today. Thank you for all the hard work that you do and the care that you give so many people for so many years. It is so much appreciated by every family that had to put their loved ones there. A big thank you.

Spent several hours at Trabuco acute care today looking after a friend and I was very impressed with the whole operation very clean, lots of staff, lots of check-ins, caregivers concerned about the patient’s comfort, happiness and quality of care. Special shout out to Irma in Social Services and Aimee in the Business Office…thanks for doing an outstanding job!

Very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’ve shown up unannounced to find them engaging our mother in a very positive and encouraging manner. Mom’s smiles with the staff speaks volumes!

The facilities are clean, the staff available and on point (they even let me visit well past the posted hours). I am very pleased with the doctors in particular. Parking tends to be crowded, but there really isn’t anything reasonable they can do about that, and one can simply walk an extra fifty or so feet to park on the side street. The menu may not appear like much, but the actual food quality is rather good when served. PT is also quite good- my mother got her time with the physical therapist even today (a Saturday that also is the Fourth of July). Still, in the several days she has been there, her stay has exceeded my expectations, and she hasn’t complained about anything, I think, under the staff’s control.

I love entertaining the residents here once a month on the first Saturday of each month.

The best decision we made for my sister-in-law. The facility and staff have taken very good care of her. We highly recommend this care facility.

Trabuco Hills Post Acute is an excellent facility, take good care for patients. The managements, RN , CNA and everyone there are very nice and professional. The facility is clean and the foods are good too.

Trabuco Hills Rehab welcomed my dad and me with wide arms and made us feel so welcome from the minute we entered the facility. And helped us as if we were family coming to visit. The care manager checked on my dad and I about every 20 minutes to be sure we had everything we needed to feel at welcome. The CNA was also fantastic and kind to my dad. I left feeling excited I picked Trabuco Hills Rehab to help get Dad back to par from his surgery. We look forward to Dad’s PT evaluation and a personal plan for him. My dad was there for 2 weeks for rehab and other care. It was a great experience. Everyone we interacted with was excellent!: reception staff, social worker (Aileen is wonderful!), CSNs, LVNs, the doctor, the NP, PT, OT, Speech Therapist, Dieticians; truly everyone! Thank you all!

After breaking my ankle on New Year’s Eve, I stayed at this nursing home for several weeks. It’s a very nice place and all of the staff members are wonderful. To be honest, I would rather stay there indefinitely than go back home to my lonely condo.

I am writing this review from my wife’s Google account. My mother was admitted to the Trabuco Post Acute property from the hospital for occupational, physical, and speech therapy after a stroke. I noticed that the facility has plenty of healthcare providers. They all seem be very busy with the patients, from physical therapists, nurses, case managers, social workers, admissions, business personnel… The healthcare staff seems very friendly and the culture at this facility is upbeat and positive. Whoever is in charge of running the facility or in charge of hiring the staff has done an awesome job getting the right people for this type of healthcare. This is a challenging work enviroment and Trabuco staff has been great. My mother has made a lot of progress in a very short time. She is improving daily and my siblings and extended family who have visited mom have commented how nice the facility is and how great the staff has been. We have been overly satisfied with my mother’s care and progress and I highly recommend Trabuco Post Acute Skilled Nursing facility to anyone who wants their loved one to improve and thrive in a caring enviroment.

My husband was released from ER and sent to a Skilled Nursing Facility for further care and Physical Therapy. He was placed at Trabuco Hills in Lake Forest, CA. In Orange County, CA. We were very pleased with his care. The Staff were very helpful and caring. The food was very good and they could prepare it for those needed different levels of assistance. The facility is very clean. They manage the medicines carefully for each patient. And the Physical Therapy was daily. Our Case Manager was Gil Gapay and he was excellent. He oversaw Peter’s care and when getting prepared for discharge to a Board and Care Home, he arranged: special Transport using a wheelchair, arranging Home Nurse Care, Physical and ordering a new Wheelchair (coordinating with our insurance). I would recommend them. It is not an easy situation for any family to go through. Navigating all the details can be quite overwhelming. Having great help makes all the difference.

My dad was a patient here for 2 weeks. During this time I received daily updates and follow up from Kat…aka Katherine. She is passionate about her work and her patients and it shows. My dad was extremely happy during his stay and has expressed possibility for more long term care if needed. My experience with these facilities have not been good at all. Having handled my mother’s care as well my experience of what quality care for a loved one should be was little to be desired. The importance of recognition for a job well done is so crucial to businesses such as this. So, again I thank Kat and the entire staff for making my dad comfortable and genuinely caring in his time of need. ❤

I have to honestly say the staff there was like a second family. While no place is going to be like home, the communication that I had with most of the Team was excellent. My mom was well taken care of there. From providing the prescribed meds to making sure she was always clean and never in pain. Despite the insane world we live in today, I can’t say enough about the hard work the front-line workers do every day. Thank you for All u Do!!

This nursing facility was a wonderful place for my mother to recover from her broken hip. The physical therapy and occupational therapy department is excellent. They were always taking my mom from her room giving her exercise and monitoring her progress. My mom even enjoyed the food! Especially cute is the little ice cream parlor that is open every day at 1 PM and the patients can go and enjoy a treat. They often would have live music on the holidays or for no occasion at all in the dining room. We enjoyed a country music band and a wonderful orchestra with violins and cellos. There is a calendar of daily events that the patients can attend and are encouraged to do so. I am so glad that I did not let the negative reviews on this site turn me away from this skilled nursing facility for my mom’s temporary rehab. Before placing my mom, I went there and saw it for myself and met with the staff. It was clean and cozy and had its own in-house physical and occupational therapy department. My mom even had a private room. I gave it a chance and I am very grateful that I did. My mom is back home now and misses the staff.

I am very impressed with the professionalism and communication received from the center. The nursing staff are on top of their work, they are smart, caring and always very clear in their communication. The rehab staff are absolutely amazing. They have given me a full report on what is being done to help my husband regain his abilities again. The nursing assistants are wonderful and try their best to make my husband comfortable. The record keeping is up to date and the food menu’s look good, and the food smells great. The whole hospital is clean and the room very comfortable. There is a lovely view of trees from his hospital bed. I have even been able to take his dog with me every day when I visit. The is plenty of parking for visitors with easy access to the entrance. The whole hospital stay so far has been completely stress free for me. I highly recommend this hospital.
