Tricord Senior Care

I have had a wonderful experience with Tricord. I live in Virginia and my mother is in Southern California. When she was diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment, our family agreed to honor her desire to stay in her home. While visiting my mother, I learned about Tricord through my church. Tricord referred me to a wonderful CNA who has taken excellent care of our mom, going from a few hours a week to full time. Mom’s MCI has now progressed to dementia, and although she is fully mobile, she needs a lot of help with meal preparation, hygiene and companionship. I went back to Tricord, and they have referred us to a second wonderful woman who is not only a CNA but also a certified home health aide. She will start right after the first of the year and assist our mom on a part-time basis. Tricord also arranged a tour for me of small boarding care facilities in the event our family has to move in that direction. Tricord has been a godsend for our family, and all of our interactions with them have been above measure. I thank God for connecting them with us.

My 92-year-old stepdad fell seriously ill around last year (2019) Christmas time. After multiple visits to the hospital and intermittent stays at nursing homes, it was time to move him to a place, where he would receive professional, round-the-clock care. He was maximally dependent on everything. Rosana from Tricord Senior Care called to find out my needs, gathered my stepdad’s information, and started the search on my family’s behalf right away. She even worked on weekends. Within two days, she located couple of options for us. We visited the places that Rosana recommended and chose the one we felt was a good fit for my stepdad. We were happy with the care he received at Santa Fe Home (medial room and board) until his final day. I am deeply grateful for the assistance that Rosanna from Tricord Senior Care provided for our family. It was a God-send help that we really needed at a very difficult period.
