“I am incredibly grateful for the care, professionalism, and compassion shown by Ms. Haynes, Ms. Cook, and Ms. Harris at Aperion Care Tolleston Park. Managing the care of a loved one remotely after a series of strokes has been overwhelming at times, but these ladies have consistently advocated for our family member with patience, kindness, and genuine concern. From rehab to now becoming a resident, the level of communication and support has brought our family comfort during a very difficult journey. Thank you for treating our loved one with dignity and care. Your dedication truly makes a difference.”

“Tabitha is hands down one of the best RN's and Rosie the CNA. I felt totally at ease when Tabitha was on duty. She always went the extra mile to help us and take great care of my Dad. She was truly heaven sent! Rhonda is wonderful as well. Extremely helpful and resourceful Social Services: Awful. My Dad was released without his home necessities. We are still waiting as the DON stated the company tried to reach out. That was untrue. I had to keep calling the companies myself which is their job and not mine. A lot of miscommunication and misinformation. Needs better training. The Executive Director: Cunning and unprofessional. I literally had to go into his office to inquire about the bacis needs for my Dad when he initially arrived. Upon discharge he left a vm mistaken him for a hospice patient!”
