“The center is clean. The staff is very nice. Only small complaints would be lack of condiments (salt, pepper, cream and real sugar for coffee or tea, and single use ketchup). The one guy who cleans does a through job. Other cleaners will clean but not too to bottom like him. The nurses are probably over worked but will not listen to patients if they are given the wrong meds at the wrong time. They assume and simply won't read the directions on the chart. This problem was fixed after the patient complaint to upper management from the visiting nurse, (a hired nurse who will follow them when they leave the center).”

“I came to visit my brother. The staff was helpful and very nice. They gave me the information that I needed and it's going to help me with the information that I'mma need to take care of my brother a little more better. Nothing but positive thoughts for the staff.”
