“When my mother was admitted to this rehabilitation center, I’ll admit I was very worried after reading some of the negative reviews online. I came into the facility expecting the worst, but my experience with Alexis and Shana completely changed my perspective. From the moment I arrived, Alexis was incredibly accommodating and helpful. She helped me locate my mother and even assisted me in finding my mother’s phone without any hesitation or frustration. Her kindness and willingness to help immediately made me feel more at ease. Shana also stood out with her positive and upbeat attitude. When families and patients are going through difficult or stressful times, having someone with that kind of energy and compassion truly makes a difference. People staying in places like this really need to encounter staff members like her. Meeting both Alexis and Shana genuinely eased my mind and gave me comfort about my mother being here. Their care, professionalism, and kindness deserve to be recognized.”

“Well I was hoping my brother would receive respectful care and yet he is not. So far he has been left soiled for hours. He is supposed to be turned every 2 hours and is not, he is non verbal and the staff apparently don't realize it until family tell them, so is the staff reading his chart? Today, after 3 plus hours, his family had to call to the front to see where his care is and why no-one has been in to check on him? Family was told his care person is on lunch. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I highly recommend if you have family needing rehab, you find another facility. Crappy thing is no one wants to work. Several staff call in on the weekends, so patients receive very little care. It's a shame the staff don't think about, what if this was their family. Praying my brother survives the neglect and we can get him moved as soon as possible. Shame on all of you who work at this facility. Ya cash your paycheck and that's all you care about.”
