They go the extra mile to make residents feel at home, and it shows in the way they interact with everyone. The facility is clean, well-kept, and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. Knowing my loved one was in such compassionate and capable hands gave our family real peace of mind. “Harrison’s Crossing was absolutely amazing. The moment we walked in, the updated, modern look stood out immediately, it genuinely gave off hotel or resort vibes. Everything was clean, bright, and beautifully designed. For me, the modern style was a huge plus. I loved it. The amount of staff we saw was impressive, too. Everyone looked happy, engaged, and truly enjoying what they were doing. The energy in the building was great, and it’s clear the team takes pride in their work. But at the end of the day, it just wasn’t “ homey enough” for my grandpa. While I personally love modern spaces, he prefers a more traditional, cozy, home‑like environment. Harrison’s Crossing felt more like a high‑end resort than a home, and even though the care and atmosphere were wonderful, it didn’t match what he’s looking for. It’s an incredible building with amazing staff, just not the right fit for someone who wants a warm, home‑style feel rather than a hotel vibe.”
