  “My brother went there for rehab following hip surgery. They put him in the memory care.i feel like they put him there because of his disability He should’ve been in the rehabilitation center where he could get more care for what he was there for. He only got a bath twice, maybe three times in three weeks shaved twice as all. We were told that they would move him to the rehab side when a bed came available, but they never did and beds did come available. They are under staff for the amount of patients they have to care for. I always had to go ask if it was time for his pain medication because they didn’t give it to him when it was time. Some of the aids and nurses were very good and some shouldn’t work in a place like that. He only got ground up food because he needs his food cut up and someone to remind him not to eat too fast, they didn’t want to deal with that, so He only got puréed food. They even puréed cake. Use this place only as last resort”

  “The staff there are some of the most caring and dedicated people you'd ever want to have help you. Sometimes there are staff shortages but the staff that is there just work that much harder. Although I clashed with management, their hardworking staff more than made up for management's shortcomings. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for long-term care or short-term rehabilitation. Upper management's shortcomings are the only reason they're not getting five stars plus.
