“My son has been at Ivy for 10 years and I'm very pleased with his care. From the administrator, D.O.N., social worker, nurses, aides, therapists, kitchen staff, receptionist, laundry, housekeeping, activities, and who ever else I may have forgotten. They work hard and treat my son well. He loves them like family. Yes, I've made complaints, and I've always been satisfied with how things were settled. I think they do a great job!!”
