“I recently visited Mountain View Post Acute to see a family member, and I had a wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of interacting with Natalie and Maureen, and both of them were very kind, pleasant, and helpful. It was comforting to see how respectfully and kindly they treated my family member. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. Their compassion, patience, and willingness to help truly made a difference. It means a lot to know that your loved one is being treated with kindness and respect. Thank you, Natalie and Maureen, for making my visit such a positive experience. Your kindness and professionalism are greatly appreciated! ❤️”

“DON'T LET THE PRETTY ONLINE PICTURES FOOL YOU! NO ONE is on the same page here! EVERYTHING takes a VERY, VERY long time to get handled, 1. from initial check in and patient evaluations, 2. to getting anything needed for patient care having to be "approved" by these people's ever elusive little "Doctor", whom we have never even seen nor met and isn't even an in-person, in-house physician, by the way, 3. to the nurses giving their patients their correct pain meds (or any prescribed meds in general) at the correct intervals of time. (They don't give the meds properly at the correct times/intervals and let patients sit in pain FOR HOURS that extend way beyond the med times even working and they don't seem to care about it even when you repeatedly have to remind them or ask/beg them for your own meds, which no patient should even have to do.) A large number of people that work here seem to be really slacking, all the while just putting on an act that they know what they're doing or that they're in charge. Laughable. I've only met a VERY SMALL group of people that work here who actually even seem to like their jobs or even know how to do them properly. This place is way too overcrowded, 3 patients to a room, and 6 patients to 1 SHARED bathroom between rooms. The nurses consistently IGNORE the Help Call Lights that are located down the hallways over the doors - as to not be missed - and patients have to yell out for the nurses to even come for help, if the nurses even feel like it, it seems. The night people are even worse and have no basic respect for the patient's privacy or care needs or even their own jobs and place of work, it seems. This place DESPERATELY needs more help! Maybe some volunteers, or some serious staff re-training, or really even some newer, more competent staff immediately! This is ridiculous. What a joke of a recovery center. Very concerned for all of the patients that are staying here expecting to get good help and health for themselves. Good Luck to You. Truly.”
