“Nursing staff and PT were awesome. The food wasn’t very good. The facility could use a paint job and it would be nice to have at least one chair in the room for each patient for a guest rather than them having to stand the entire time or take up the rather small puzzle area.”

“Oakwood needs to prioritize their patients. My mom had a drs appt with the surgeon who did her hip surgery and she missed her appt because they couldn’t get transport to take her. So they rescheduled for the next day and they dropped the ball that day too. Transport came and picked up the wrong patient. So my mom still hasn’t made it to her drs appt. I called to speak to the administrator and she never called me back to tell me what exactly happened. People need to be held accountable for their actions. I’m not trying to be ugly but I’m sorry to not even call me back to tell me what exactly went wrong. I think we can do better than this. I’m sure others Would agree if it was your Mother or Father in there trying to get better,”
