“I cannot express enough gratitude to Park View staff and therapy. They all helped me with my progress. I broke my knee. The nurses are all amazing, the aides are wonderful and the therapy department helped me to become strong. I pushed myself which I think was detrimental to my well being and had the support from all to coach me along the way. The food is very good and nurtured me back to health. Thank you to all Park View staff!”

“My grandmother was sent here following a few hospital stays after having complications after open heart surgery. The experience she had at this facility was nothing short of heartbreaking and infuriating. The staff failed to bathe my grandmother during her stay, resulting in wounds due to not being mobile. The staff would leave her waiting over 20 minutes to assist her to the bathroom, some times forgetting her in the bathroom. As my grandmother is diabetic, this is extremely concerning. My grandmothers hemoglobin was supposed to be closely monitored, and you would think as healthcare “professionals” the staff would recognize the physical signs that her levels were dropping. Instead, while my mother was out with my grandmother at a follow up doctor appointment, the nurse called my mother and rudely asked “where are you?” to inform my mother that my grandmothers hemoglobin test came back extremely low. My mother explained she had already noticed the physical signs and was taking her straight to the ER when 20 minutes later the nurse called back stating “the doctor put in an order that she needs to go to the ER”. We packed up her stuff the next day and she will NOT be going back. I would be embarrassed if I were the staff at this facility. People are putting trust in them to care for their vulnerable family members and they are doing the absolute bare minimum. Avoid this facility if you can.”
