“To: Pam, DON and the entire management team, Lynnette, PT Manager and her staff, Sarah, Social Worker, Nurses, CNAs, Joan, Unit Secretary, MD, and Gina, NP, thank you for your care and concern for our patients. Thank you for making yourself available to give report and answer all my questions. The facility is clean, thanks to the workers who are always cleaning. So far, everyone have been pleasant and professional. Also, your receptionist is the first person we meet when we enter the facility. She is very pleasant and is the right person for that position. Thanks to all the employees! God bless!”

“I want to share my appreciation for several exceptional members of the PVHR team who cared for my friend of over 40 years during his final days. Having spent a significant amount of time with James and his family, I had the opportunity to observe his care. Amanda, Jess, Sabrina, and Adriana consistently stood out. They formed what we came to think of as the “A-Team.” Their care went far beyond medical duties — they were kind, compassionate, patient, and gentle. They made time for the small but meaningful things, and during such a critical transition in Jim’s life, that humanity made an enormous difference. We truly felt he was safe in their hands. Melissa, the facility manager, was also incredibly accessible and supportive. Knowing the family had someone responsive and engaged during such a difficult time mattered more than I can put into words. That said, the level of care varied depending on staffing. There were moments when responsiveness and attentiveness did not reflect the same standards we appreciated with the A-Team. In an environment as busy as PVHR, staffing clearly plays a major role in consistency, and it’s an area that deserves attention. The people are what make any organization what it is — or isn’t. PVHR is fortunate to have truly phenomenal employees like Amanda, Jess, Sabrina, and Adriana. They are integral to the facility’s success and reputation. We remain deeply grateful for the compassion shown to James during his final days.”
