“I'm surprised how dirty are the visitors bathroom they're disgusting. First I thought it's because I always go visit on weekends and maybe there's no housekeeping but then I saw a housekeeper and I ask her a question and her response was very rude. Also the residents room are dirty these are patients that need to be taken care of and doesn't deserve to live this way. I heard from a nurse that they are short staffed I can understand but is it right to have a patient sit on their own poop for 3 hours . Well my brother did oo I have so much more to say about this rehabilitation but will anything really change”

“Not good for family. They left my loved one vomiting and with nausea for 2 weeks. My family was only there for short term as they needed pt. If I didn't go there when I did. I think he wouldn't have made it. The staff is nice yet there aren't enough of them.”
