“The weekend and evening receptionist, Anesia, is wonderful. She always greets everyone with a smile and kind words. I enjoyed talking to her on my daily trips to Stonemere. She is perfect for the receptionist position. She is willing to help in anyway she can. There were two CNA's that took outstanding care my husband. Tina and Victoria were excellent taking care of his needs. We need more people like these two ladies. A big thank you to both of them.”

“I'm giving two for the facility always being clean, one star for the care. Great care depends on if its after 5 pm when all managers are gone or if its the weekend those are the worst times at this place, Chris is good at making the staff step up and do the right thing problem is when he and the team are not there. Linda is good at what she does however her attitude will change if you inquire to much about your family member seems to aggravate her, BOA is a beautiful person. I will say that in the past year the food has went from great to mediocre at best. My mom was here before in 2024and my dad in 2025, and the highlight of their days was the food, the chef who was running the kitchen back then had the food on point and would make anything on the fly if your family wanted anything different. This time around it seems that the chef who was there then ( forgive me I forgot his name but he was great with a great personality) is not there anymore and now the guy running it now is maybe more of a cook, just from what my family members were telling me this time around The food seems more of a cheaper quality either that or the people in the kitchen dont know what they are doing I was shocked when Dad main complaints was the food here but now I know why. Even the way the plates looked back then was 100 times better. Guess that's what happens when you spoil people with a real chef then replace them with a average cook. Seems alot of frozen foods at stonemere nowadays. However I would still recommend stonemere for the care and services, therapy is awesome!!! But be prepared to order door dash for your loved one or to bring them meals evey now and then. Sorry just being honest guys.”
