“Didnt have my necessary medicine. Apparently meds delivered by some pharmacy , critical ones never came, and not much response from , if any from the staff.”

“My brother was in this facility for approx 18 months until he passed away. The nursing staff and nursing assistants were very good to my brother, but they were grossly understaffed. The administration is uncaring and totally disregarded many of our concerns. At the end we had to fight for any comfort measures requested for him and the family. The caseworker assigned to him was inattentive and actually rude. There was a family member there daily checking on him. We had to take it upon ourselves to supply safety and comfort measures for him. Loved the caregivers. Administration was terrible.”
