  “I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care my grandmother received at The Boulevard. Our family is incredibly grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and attention she received throughout her stay. I especially want to recognize Dave Steven, who managed her total care. Dave was truly the main point of support for our family, and his involvement made such a meaningful difference. He helped make sure her care was coordinated, her needs were addressed, and that we felt informed and supported along the way. His dedication, attentiveness, and compassion gave us a sense of comfort during a time when that mattered more than I can express. Knowing that someone was overseeing the bigger picture of her care and making sure everything came together meant so much to our family. I would also like to recognize Justin, the Director of Rehab, Sui Lin, the Nursing Unit Manager, Millie, the Charge Nurse, and Annie from Dietary. Each of them contributed to making sure my grandmother was treated with kindness, dignity, patience, and respect. The doctors, nurses, rehabilitation team, housekeeping staff, dietary staff, and everyone working behind the scenes were all amazing. The facility was kept clean and comfortable, her meals and daily needs were attended to, and the level of care she received was truly appreciated. But I want to give a very special thank-you to Dave for the role he played in managing and overseeing her overall care. His commitment did not go unnoticed, and our family will always be grateful for the support and reassurance he provided. Thank you to Dave and the entire team at The Boulevard for taking such wonderful care of my grandmother. I would absolutely recommend The Boulevard to any family looking for compassionate, attentive, and quality care for someone they love.”

  “A few great LPN's and awesome PT and OT staff. If not for my sister and I checking on our mom every day she was there for rehab I can't imagine how poor her care might have been. Missed and late medications, ignored call bells, mediocre food that didn't always comply with prescribed cardiac diet, dinner served as late as 9 pm, paper clips found in dessert of my mom's blind roommate, water leaks in the ceiling that didn't get repaired, assisted shower provided only twice during a three week stay, noise of renovation related to drilling and hammering in the hallway, dirty carpet and outdated furniture, no response from complaint calls made to the administrator and customer service line, daily "visit" from Nurse Practitioner who never did anything but ask my mom how she was feeling. I did receive timely, compassionate and professional response to pleading calls made directly to Director of Nursing. So glad my mom was finally well enough to be discharged from there. No idea how this facility received positive reviews. I do not recommend sending a loved one there.”
