  “A loved one was there for three months after many previous hospitalizations and being at many different care centers. During that time he was only hospitalized once for a UTI, which was amazing. Their staff was kind, caring and compassionate. When he was hospitalized for the UTI, the night nurse called the ER to check on him and provide additional health information. When I arrived at the ER the staff told me about the phone call and stated that this never happens - care centers do not call to check on patients. They were extremely impressed. Everyone at The Villas helped to keep him well and cared for so that he could realize his dream of getting on a plane to go back to live the rest of his life in his native county. A special thank you to Olivia who helped orchestrated his departure. And much gratitude and appreciation to the staff, aides and nurses that took care of him: Josiane, Jaspher, Thelma, Comfort, Rufus, Abu, Danielson, Pauline, DON, Casey, Heidi, Leilani, Diane, Mindy, Robert, Boneface, Joy, Dominic. I’m sorry if I missed anyone. ❤️”

  “Zero for review on arrival with my brother from hospice I was yelled at by staff at from desk when I asked for directions where to he would not help the transport team. The room has no air conditioning and it was not disclosed to us! We were offered a fan. When I asked for help a nurse told me i don’t work here i’m a fill in to ask someone else down the hall. When someone finally came they came unprepared to change my brother. I asked for 3.5 hrs for him to get his morphine and kept being denied when I brought orders from the hospital along with all his meds to stay on top of his pain. My brother had under 2 weeks and he deserves so much better than this! We will be transferring as soon as we can and I will be filling a maarc report in dental of medications”
