“The business and administrative staff are unresponsive to phone calls. My aunt feels safe and her Villa staff are very sweet, caring, and kind to her. However, there is a lot of staff turnover and housekeeping is poor. Whoever plans the menus needs to work on food presentation because the elders are served some strange combinations. We like the place because it is very small and my aunt doesn’t seem overwhelmed in the space. As I say her Villa staff are wonderful to her.”

“My Father-n-law has recently found a home at Guerin Woods. I call it a home because the atmosphere is totally like a home. He feels very content and well cared for. He enjoys having his own room with all of his favorite items. He likes the food and feels the staff treats him with respect. He also has told us that when he has a need they are very quick to help him.”
