I've known Angel Connection Nursing Services since 2021 when they were still at their old location in Long Beach. The office was so clean and very organized. The staff were so friendly, very accommodating and very professional. Until I went to their new location. The office is more beautiful, still very clean and I loved to visit because the office smells so good. The office has first class pieces of furniture and very modern. But the best of all, Merj, Jay and all the employees are still very nice and I feel the warm welcome every time I visit. I've met some of their caregivers and they are properly and professionally trained. If ever you need a caregiver, your first choice is Angel Connection because you can fully trust them and you know that you'll be in great hands. We’ve had nursing care services for our parents from Angel Connection for about 9 years. At first we started with 4 hours a day for both of them but when my step-father passed we needed more care so we added more hours including overnight service. The scheduling can be very flexible with enough notice. We’re very satisfied with the services that Angel Connection provides. The office staff are available and very responsive to our concerns and questions. The caregiving staff that we employ on a regular basis are excellent. They are very good, professional, and gentle. Most of them go above and beyond what is required of them. With only my mother left, we feel she is in good caring hands.

She was compassionate, dependable, and provided excellent care. Her kindness and dedication gave our family peace of mind, and we truly appreciate the support we received. Angel Connection was recommended to us by our Primary Care Physician. Our experience has only been positive from the very beginning. My 88 year old husband has been hospitalized twice over the past year and a half. Prior to both his discharges, a representative from Angel Connection met us at the hospital for an evaluation. This was to insure that he would have the proper level of care needed when he came home. The Caregivers have all been professional, courteous, trustworthy and most of all very attentive to our needs. We receive in home care and assistance whenever we need to leave the house for appointments. We recommend, and have, Angel Connection to anyone needing Home Health Care Service.

I can't thank Angel Connection enough for the exceptional care they provide for my dad. From the very beginning they made the process easy for me. Office staff was very responsive, organized, and made scheduling simple which took stress off our family. Also, the caregiver was so dependable he did everything my dad asks for.
