Testimonials
Very kindly
my brother has been in your care for several weeks. He finds the rooms noisy with 3 people and 3 TVs in the room. Fortunately, you have moved him so now it is a bit better. He was told when we were deciding his care placement that you have the Dodger station. That was a big selling point for my brother. Unfortunately, you do not have the Dodger station and he feels he was ‘lied’ to. Maria, Doneshia and Jovana have been incredibly helpful social workers responding quickly and thoroughly to every question and request. Each of them have clear and speedy communication always timely, helpful, and top notch!! Oswaldo, PTA, is fantastic. He is patient, thorough, takes times to explain everything to the patient and me as family. I’ve watched as he systematically trains CNA‘s to do proper transfers back to bed and proper dressing with a catheter. He motivates my brother beautifully and fully includes me in the sessions explaining every movement. My brother can get frustrated and can, at times, be hard to understand. When I am there, staff treat him with respect and patience. The work you do is hard. Being a patient is very hard. Being a family member is also very hard. Together we work for improvements. Thank you.
I had a positive experience with Antelope Valley Care Center. The staff was caring, attentive, and treated residents with respect and compassion. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the nursing team was responsive to questions and concerns. I especially appreciated the effort the therapists and caregivers made to support recovery and daily comfort. Thank you to everyone who works hard to provide quality care for residents and their families.
This place is amazing and so is the staff. Friendly, accommodating and helpful. It was so hard because of our insurance but they made the process smooth and easy. I don’t know what I would have done without them.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this skilled nursing facility. My father was a resident here, and the care he received was truly exceptional. During a difficult time for our family, the staff treated him with kindness, dignity, respect, and genuine compassion. Every nurse, caregiver, therapist, and staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make sure my father was comfortable and well cared for. They were attentive to his needs, patient with him, and always treated him as a person, not just a patient. The staff also took the time to keep our family informed and made us feel welcome whenever we visited. Knowing my father was in such caring hands gave me tremendous peace of mind. The compassion shown to him and our family is something I will never forget. Even after his passing, I remain deeply grateful for the care and support they provided during such an important chapter of his life. If you are looking for a skilled nursing facility where your loved one will be treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care, I highly recommend this facility. Thank you to everyone who helped care for my father. Your kindness made a lasting impact on our family. Forever grateful,
This place doesn’t take care of their parents they leave them in soiled diapers they dont put their food trays in front of them they dont assist people trying to get to the bathroom to prevent falls they need to put the alarms on the beds to prevent people from trying to get up and walk that need help
If I could give no stars I would!!!! My loved one is at the hospital and is in need of a facility for Rehab. I received a phone call from a BRENDA from this facility. I informed her that I had already chosen a different facility and she went on to tell me that the facility I chose had no beds available and my only option was to go to her facility. So I believed her and said it was fine. Then a while later the facility that I originally wanted reached out to me. I let them know that BRENDA called me and told me that there was no beds available at his facility and that I had to go with her. He was in shock that was said to me because she does not work with him. Either way stay away from this facility they are not honest and its obvious that she (BRENDA) is a liar and I can only imagine all the other stuff she would say to people to convince them to go to her facility. This is so sad and unprofessional on her part. I really hope that this has only happened to me and this is not part of her work Ethic. but honestly I doubt it. Sorry if this is so long but this is actually my first time leaving a review but my heart told me that I needed to warn the community about this Facility. Good Luck to others who are in need.
Friendly Staffs
Very professional
My mom was there and died we are convinced it was dehydration and malnutrition & not being able to eat on her own she suffered a stroke 5years ago and was bedridden we visited her and every time her water was at the foot of the bed she was unable to get it she contently called out for a nurse no one would help her & the red button they were to push was under her bed almost everytime we visited she was unable to get it help & died 3 days later we are having an autopsy to prove it was dehydration and neglect never send your loved ones there inaddition to that I found medicare says that it was a not a decent facility they lacked proper administration and under staffed
The best all are very kindly
In my honest opinion, the facility is a good place. I believe one flaw is loosing really great CNA’s that have passed through there.
I’m very happy with this place. They have done a great job of taking care of my dad. He has made a very speedy recovery. The care and concern has been the best we’ve experienced.
Very thankful and appreciated for all the service employees and staff, they all really are working together.
I am 80 years old and broke my arm. After my hospital stay, I needed therapy and continued care to be able to go home and continue my independent living. Antelope Valley Care Center is where I decided to go to. All the bad stories I had heard about rehabilitation centers turned out to be wrong. The level of care, professionalism and cleanliness here was over the top. They went out of their way to care for my physical needs and had in house entertainment available while I was being cared for. What more could you want? Well…good food. I even put on a couple of pounds here. I never thought I would miss a place such as this, but I will. I was treated like family. Can’t ask for more than that.
The place is clean and orderly. Staff are friendly and accommodating
Carey was right with Jerry and told us she was assigned, cleaned him up right away without prompting. Obviously she has a good rapport with him, as he reached his hand out immediately when he saw her. Thank you Carey for giving the exemplary care a relative would like their loved one to receive!! The staff there were kind helpful and very professional..
they took care of my mom but all the extra stuff like the physical therapy wasn’t need she couldn’t breathe. she could walk, feed herself , go to the bathroom by herself. there aren’t enough nurses but that any place like this. IT IS WAY BETTER THAN WELLSPRINGS EXCUSE ME I MEAN THE MIRAGE. ALL MY THEY DID WAS CHANGE THE NAME. SAME RUDE PEOPLE MOSTLY THE ONES WHO HAD TO DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE PATIENTS ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT. well it’s nothing like AV CARE CENTER. I EVEN MET A FEW EX WELLSPRINGS WORKERS . THEY AGREED WITH ME. MOM SAID THE FOOD WAS EDIBLE. ANYWAY OVERALL I’LD RATHER GO THERE THAN AS OTHER PLACE . J.S. my opinion
