My aunt has been a resident in the memory care using for over 1 year now. There have been many changes over this time frame, a few for the better, a lot for the worse. However the one constant, stable good thing is the activities department, and specifically Sandra. She has a remarkable way of reaching each and every resident she comes in contact with on their level. She goes above and beyond on special occasions, whether its a birthday party with live entertainment (including dancing!)or a holiday celebration, that is always right on target with themed decorations. I have had the privilege to reach out to her for assistance with my aunt and she has never said no. She went above and beyond each time to get us to the correct person to have our needs mets.
