My name is Jason Konrad, Executive Director of Cogir of Gilbert in beautiful Gilbert, Arizona. With over 27 years of experience spread across a variety of different disciplines, I have been running Senior Living communities in Arizona for almost a decade now. I recently had the pleasure of transitioning to Cogir in May of 2026; after previously working with competitors in the market since 2015. Prior to Senior Living, I worked in Budget/Finance for Local Government and in Higher Education. I also spent 6 years as an Information Systems Technician in the US Navy traveling around the world after college. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, along with coaching and being around sports in any way. I’m also a diehard Buffalo Bills fan. This is our year; Go Bills!
