Fountain View Subacute and Nursing

I’m speaking from the heart and as a resident of this facility…As a T5 parapalegic, this place is the best I’ve been to. The staff here are way beyond amazing. They have this real sweet way of connecting with the people who live here. I am finally ready to go home after being away for so long, but my stay here was the best I’ve had. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants good treatment of their loved one.

I don’t normally give out 5 stars but I was taken back by the level of professionalism I received by all the staff. They really went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met. 10/10 would recommend this place for anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility for a loved one. Great job!

You’d be surprised what lovely people work there. The nurses just attend to administering medications but are very polite and answer all questions. The respiratory techs are incredibly awesome and on top of their patients every hour to suction. My admiration especially to all the CNAs…. I go to visit my father just about every day at different times, and the care provided by them is exceptional.

My father spent almost 3 weeks in the facility after his stroke and it was the hardest time my family has ever faced. Thanks to Gigi (the social worker) our family and my father came out the other side. She went above and beyond, scheduling appointments, making sure he had anything he needed, constantly keeping in contact with us and finally always making sure we felt like we had someone who had our father’s best interest at heart.

The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The concerned persons were really very accommodating and truly they showed their concern on their guest by taking their time to talk to me. They’re very efficient, effective and competent. What a great team.

We have been pleasantly surprised by the care our loved one is receiving. She is in the subacute portion of the facility and the care has been excellent. The staff from admissions to RN’s are great. They are friendly and truly appear to love their work!

They do their absolute best and are very present…I will never forget the people here and the final sunrise with my dad.

I am thankful to all Fountain View staff for the support and empathy my father and family have received by them.
