Garden Park Care Center

Garden Park is one of the best rehab centers I have sent my family member to and we have been to a handful. The facility is beautiful and the staff is so welcoming. I definitely give this facility 5 stars and would recommend to anyone needing care after a hospital stay.

My dad was brought here from another facility we weren't happy with. I'm so grateful we choose this place to care for my dad. The nurses and staff took such great care of him. We couldn't be happier with this place. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a care facility for a loved one.

I recently visited Garden Park Care Center as a Field Representative for King Medical Supply, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I walked in, Administrator Dean and the entire staff exuded professionalism, warmth, and helpfulness. True class!

I am very wary of nursing homes because most of them are hubs of infection spread, negligence, and miscoordination. It's so refreshing, therefore, to see a team that does a good job globally, starting from being unbelievably friendly and caring, having a good turnaround time to address matters, and this overall sense that everyone is serious about doing a good job and seeing patient concerns addressed in full. The entire business office will answer questions above and beyond and guide you. The PT OT will tag team and encourage the patient– head of OT (Bata?) is astounding and the director Aileen can coordinate and address things. Social services Emma is super kind and knows how to reach out, direct a meeting, and find answers if she is not quite sure. Medical records are professional and Admissions gets things done. Speech made a clear diagram to help us. A lot of the CNAs are jolly and focused – my mom made rapport with them. LVNs are diligent. I loved talking to the RNs and front desk- they are on top of it. The bathrooms and floors are clean, all the TVs work. All the little things are attended to. You can tell this is a place with a culture of respect and structure, and that Dean handles this facility with a vision to investigate, address issues so there is always serious growth, but also keep the humble and fun spirit. Overall it was the only place I felt safe leaving my mom in outside of our own home, given that I am quite SNF-averse. This feeling was worth the world for the time we needed to transition her to home. I am really thankful for all the hard work and I'm also thankful for the great doctor who was responsive to my mom's needs while she was there.

Great place to donate medical items from your father that was in hospice care.

This nursing home is far better than others in Orange County. My father stayed at another one close by and they were notorious at neglecting their patients. My father recently passed away at Garden Park Care Center.The team there made sure he passed away comfortably. They were always updating me on his condition. They were compassionate and considerate. I would definitely like to thank the staff for their dedication and professionalism. I would consider this place over others when choosing for your loved one. Thank you, Garden Park Care Center!

I would like to express my gratitude for the great care Garden Park Center have given to my husband during his stay at this facility during the past seven months. From the beginning when he first got admitted until his final weeks, they all treated him with great care, respect and dignity. I am very grateful to the staff in the admission office, the DR/RNs, the physical therapists, CNAs, the kitchen and sanitation staff -everyone worked well together to help him and that knowing he was in great care here brought immense comfort to our family. My special thank to Ms. Emma Jaimes – Social Services Director, Ms. Nancy – Case Manager and Ms. Chi for their great help with admission, Vietnamese translation and anytime we needed their support. I also like to thank Ms. Suwanna Vairoskich, CNA (3-11 shift) for the care she has given to my husband. Her worked filled with caring, compassion and understanding. You are all truly the best staff and I really appreciate your hard work and support. I highly recommend Garden Park Center to anyone who is looking for a nice, clean and comfortable place with great client service for their loved ones in the future.

My brother was transfered to garden park center, the staff was wonderful, the place was clean, fresh air, big, my brother felt very comfortable, Dean the administration manager was wonderful, he's very detailed and very helpful.

As a professional that gets to see many skilled facilities, after a quick tour it was clear that Garden Park is place filled with compassion, quality care, and great customer service. Staff were happy, polite, and were busy taking excellent care of their patients. I would trust Garden Park with the care of a loved one.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care provided at Garden Park Care Center. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with warmth and kindness, making the environment feel welcoming. The nursing staff, particularly the RN and CNA, were incredibly attentive and compassionate. They went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, demonstrating genuine care for the patients. I would also like to commend the case management Nacy and Fabi Sargeant from admissions for their outstanding support. They navigated us through the processes with such patience and care, making a challenging time much easier to handle. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. Your efforts do not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything you do!

Great facility, staff are super sweet and caring. Dean the administrator is very thoughtful and takes the time to talk to people who have questions.

Though it was a short walk through the facility, but I could see and feel the positive energy at this place. The setting was bright and clean, the staff were friendly, the patients were lively engage in their activities. Wish I have known this place sooner for my grandmother.

I rarely write any reviews but I must write reviews for this amazing place! Everyone works hard to help my mom, 88 years, after hip surgery to recovery.. Thanks for all the nice staff and happy patient to take care of the elderly patients. We need some places as like this in this world!! My Mama is still in this place another few weeks to recover.
