I loved this community for my Grandmother, the manager Natalie is great has always has events for the residents.......the amenities are great as well we love to sit in the club house as we are doing laundry. the staff here is so helpful! thank you all :)

Nice staff, the manager Natalie was so nice and helpful. I loved the clubhouse and all the amenities Hazelridge has to offer. I meet the maintenance team Victor and Angel they are so nice and willing to help.

Good place to live, close to everything.

The office staffs are professional and friendly but some of residents are unfriendly. It has been six days since I moving in this apartment, I have been bitten by mosquitoes seven times:(

The people I associate with here are wonderful, giving people. If only the management was effective and there wasn't so much crime and violations of the leases, it would be a nice place to live.

It's nice here. Clean. Affordable. Convenient location. Well-maintained. Most of our neighbors are very sweet and a pleasure to talk to. Staff are excellent. Natalie, Alex, Victor and Angel are wonderful! My wife and I are happy living here. We have no issue with the parking situation, nearby train noise, and startling Disneyland fireworks on any given evening. That being said..Our only complaints are: What's the deal with all of the screaming stray cats running around here 24/7?! And the pitbull who does nothing but bark and howl every 10 minutes?! Not cool. Edit: Seriously though...is that yowling cat outside belong to another resident or is it a stray? Every day and night! Should I call Anaheim animal control?

I noticed a complaint about parking. I just want to say I recently moved to Hazelridge and I'm THRILLED not to have assigned parking. There were always vehicles in my parking space at my previous residence. This resulted in waiting for a tow truck and fearing retaliation. However, I'm very mobile. Perhaps accommodations for those unable walk distances can be done. But please, please, please don't assign parking!!!!

The Maintenance and office staff at Hazelridge are professional and thorough!

I moved in last Friday. The office staff and maintenance staff had gone above and beyond to help me feel at home. The other residents are very friendly! The property is clean and well-maintained! Maintenance came by to do minor adjustments and was thorough and professional not to mention quality work. Thank you so much Hazelridge for helping us seniors to enjoy our golden years!

I'm just moving in and Natalie and Maintenance have been great! I'm very excited to start this new chapter in my life. However, I have one compliant. Why is a senior allowed to have a pit bull. He is unable to control this dog. Like I said I'm just moving in and twice I've had to rush away because this dog is pulling the owner toward me. I was struggling with moving things and had to go out of my way to avoid them. Also another dog resembling a poodle was wandering loose and barking around my ankles.

Natalie and all the staff are great people. I love living here they are always working hard to keep this place looking nice and clean

Alex was very professional he wore covers on his shoes he put the curtains up promptly and correctly and then cleaned up the trash very polite.

Our move in experience was easy and pleasant. The staff is very nice and the complex is clean and pretty. The apartment is nice and I love the layout with all of the storage. My husband and I are looking forward to living here.

Maintenance men always do a good job and respond pretty quickly over all I give them 5 stars

Would have received 5 stars but took longer than expected and timely communication could have bridged the gap. Overall, happy with work and agreed to time commitment was eventually met.

Natalie is the best. She helps me fill out all my paper and processes it. Very friendly and helpfull . She is the best. The maintenance worker is very fast and efficient. They are all simply great.

The management and maintenence should get such a great big bonus for all they have done to straighten this place out and sticking around and tolerating everything they walked into .So there the best in my eyes,and on that note u have fudge and brownies coming your way.Thank you for everything the both of you did.And thank you both Natelle and Victor.2024
