Katella Senior Living Community

I’ve visited Katella Senior a few times with my church. It’s very nice and charming. The fountains, outdoor areas, and dining area make it seem like you’re in Italy. It seems like a lot of the residents are friends, gathering and chatting.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the compassionate support my family received from the staff at Katella Senior Living Community, they exceeded all expectations during a challenging time. They completely changed my perception of senior living, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking quality care for a loved one.

We moved my mom to Katella after a poor experience elsewhere, and from day one, the staff warmly welcomed her and our family. Though she passed a few months later, we’re grateful for the compassionate care, meaningful connections, and the comfort she found in her final days.

My mom lived at Katella Senior Living for three years with dementia, and the team provided excellent, compassionate care until her recent passing. The community is warm, family-oriented, and full of life, with daily activities, festive events, and responsive leadership that truly prioritizes residents’ well-being and independence.

My mother moved there in the midst of the pandemic, a very trying time for all. I have been very impressed with the professionalism, the flexibility, quality care, and warmth of the staff. The food is very good and the premises are clean and well-kept. The administrators are easily accessible and responsive to any concerns. They have been very consistent in maintaining safety protocols to keep residents safe and healthy.

What impresses me most about Katella Senior Living is the way they provide care. It's done for the residents, not for the caregivers. The care is provided with love, honor, respect, and in such a way that the dignity of the resident is preserved. This is HUGE!

Our family partnered with Katella Senior Living for over four years as they cared for my husband’s parents through declining health. The staff provided skilled, loving care, engaging activities, and a peaceful environment that made their final years truly comfortable and dignified.

For the past two years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with the dedicated team at Katella Senior Living. Their commitment to resident care is clear at every level, and with both Assisted Living and Memory Care, plus close proximity to skilled nursing and a full medical center, it’s a standout community in North Orange County.

We just moved Mom in and we are liking it. The staff has been very helpful and friendly. Problems are addressed as needed. Clean, updated general spaces makie it a pleasant place to visit. Each resident has their own room and they are encouraged to eat and socialize together. We were even connected with a doctor that makes house-calls.

What we like the most about Katella Senior Living is that it is comfortable, quiet and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this community to other families, and already have!

My father chose this location due to it being close to their home so he could visit often. The staff were extremely competent, caring, patient and compassionate.

I knew I couldn't stay alone any longer in my home and i entrusted in my daughters to chose a for me. Katella Senior Living is my new home and i wouldn't have it any other way. the staff is very caring and I have met wonderful friends. I have have extended family who comes in from out of state to see my new home and they were very pleased with the care, culture, and how comfortable and active I was.

Every time we went, the staff were very helpful and kind. The areas were all clean. The move in process was fairly simple. It could use some updating as other places we visited were more bright and welcoming. I would recommend the facility.

Very supportive environment. Adjacent to a skilled nursing facility and across the street from a hospital and other medical services. Responsive billing department. Residents are charged based on different levels of care and ensuring your loved one is property evaluated is important. Terrific grounds keeper/maintenance staff and very accommodating dietician. The head nurse is amazing.

I love Katella Senior Living. My family looked at many places and choice the most charming and most comfortable. I have a bridge club and I told the group to come here first if they ever need care or seeking apartment and community living. Your food is delicious and everyone has been so helpful and kind.
