“My stay at Kei-Ai South Bay was wonderful aside from the obvious medical conditions. The staff made me feel welcome here and my nurses were always very attentive with my care needs. I will miss my CNA Rita, who made me laugh and was always so helpful. The food, to my surprise, was good and I appreciated the variety of choices I received for the menu. I am happy to be going home now but I am very thankful to the Kei-Ai South Bay facility and its employees. I was very happy with the service overall and would recommend them to anyone looking for a nursing facility. Thank you.”

“My stay at Kei-Ai South Bay was marvelous! The staff has been kind and extremely helpful. I believe they put the ‘care’ in ‘caregiver.’ The nurses were attentive and made sure that I was well taken care of. The kitchen makes good food, and I even enjoyed some alternatives if I wasn’t in the mood for what was being served on the menu. The therapy team, housekeepers, and activities department each had a special role in my comfort, and the administrator made sure to check in on me from time to time. I hope to be back, but next time as a visitor, just to say a quick hello to the friends I’ve made here.”

Last Saturday, I returned home after a three-week stay at Kei Ai. I want to thank you for the wonderful care I received at your facility. The Rehab. Dept was so upbeat and friendly. They all inspired me to want to put forth my best effort. The dietary/ food service was accommodating to my many requests and served some really good meals. The floor staff was excellent, especially Daisy and one other young woman. I don’t remember her name but her twin sister also worked there in the evening. Daisy helped with my care many days and always went “the extra mile”. Overall, everyone was so friendly and always there to help. I was a government employee for over 38 years. During those years, I saw more experiences with the public than you can imagine. But, my most memorable and special experiences were when the public took the time to express their thanks to a staff member not only for the service they expected but for the exemplary service that they received. Ms. Loza, I feel that you are a great asset to the Kei-Ai Healthcare team, and I can not express my appreciation enough for the exemplary service that you extended to me on behalf of my deceased sister. It has been an overwhelming experience for the Gray Family, and you made this part of the process easier. Thank you so much!
