Teri helped ease our concerns with compassion and practical advice. The first day Dana the caregiver arrived, my mom (& Dad!) were hooked. She was well trained, thoughtful, a “miracle worker” they said. We hadn’t been able to get my mom in the shower, it was hard to help her sit in a comfortable position, there were many challenges, and Dana helped on so many levels with a smile and grace. Then when my mom’s health quickly went south, I called Teri again to request around the clock care. Within less than 24 hours, Newport Home Care mobilized a team of caregivers who helped us take care of Mom with compassion and skill. We’re very grateful for these people, their hearts are in their work.

Andy was our main caregiver that helped with my dad and Teri was the coordinator I spoke to about scheduling for my dad. Andy was amazing with my dad and had my full trust to care for him while I wasn’t there. Teri was available for all the questions, changes and challenges with my dad’s schedule. Newport Home Care was a great agency to work with for the care of our family member. Even though we did not live in close proximity, the communication and care for our family member was excellent. Maria R went above and beyond, being the one who went to the medical visits and keep the consistency with the medical team. She went above and beyond in her care for our family member. Also, a shout out to Suzanne who did a majority of the evening shifts. Her care and concern was evident also.
