I visit residence at this facility. Under new management so not sure yet how to score them but the staff is great.

I have no issues with the Rehabilitation Center…I think it’s a great place to get well and back on your feet…so I really enjoy the staffs and the therapists…so yeah…I would recommend the place…

Very nice facility and excellent staff. Good Nurses, Cna’s and the food is good. Would highly recommend Sandridge. Can’t wait be able to work in therapy and attend activities!

The staff is excellent and very helpful, they’re helping me get back on my feet with therapy.

This place is wonderful I’ll give it a five-star because people help you with the nurses the doctor show up when they’re supposed to it’s just a wonderful place it’s got a wonderful atmosphere people are pleasant I mean you get your aggravated people but that’s going to happen anywhere but is it to me it’s a five star easy

I had to come to Sandridge to receive PICC line antibiotics and PT, OT following major surgery on my leg. The staff here are really friendly and kind. Multiple daily activities and outdoor patios keep you from going stir-crazy. Visitors are welcome and encouraged to come. The activities director makes sure that we have plenty to do to keep us from being bored. The nursing staff really takes the time to get to know you and make you feel at home. I finished up and went home for 3 weeks but got an infection. After another surgery I called and asked if I could go back. There’s no other place I’d rather be except home. Thank you to all the wonderful employees that treat you like family and make sure your stay is an enjoyable experience.

1:30 am and no one is available to take my call? If my loved one is there I should be able to get a status update! She’s not even there yet. I called 1. To see if anyone would answer and 2. If I could get midnight updates. Im ticked!!! Not one person answered the phone. 😡

I love being here at sandridge. There is always something to do and never boring.

I was at Sandridge for almost 2 months but i would never go back they lost my clothes 3 times the food was awful and the staff stole some of my groceries that was in my closet most of the time staff is vary nice and they address your needs but some of the staff does not I thought when I read the reviews that they would be a good choice but it turned out to be a vary bad decision so if you’re looking for a nice place to go to for Gods sake’s don’t go there you will regret it

I was at Sandridge for 1 and a half months and i would never go back again they lost my clothes 3 times the food was horrible and the staff stole my food out of my room most of the staff was very nice and friendly but i had some staff that just walked away when I needed help I thought when I read the reviews that it was going to be a nice place but it turned out to be really bad it’s really sad i went to Mission Palms and it was a very nice place way better than Sandridge rehab thats for sure

Had a great call in from a family that had their mother at Sandridge Post Acute. The family had the best things to say about Travis Smith being the go to guy if they needed anything, they can count on Travis and his team.Thank you for being you Travis.

Debbie at sandridge post acute is the activities director. I have witnessed her going above and beyond for the residents,keeping the store stocked up an doing arts and crafts with everyone. She is great an sandridge should never allow her to retire. There should be a plaque made honoring her work an mount it on the wall so visitors can see it when they arrive.

The therapy dept is awesome!!! Very knowledgeable and fun!
