My mom has been to Springs Village twice in the last couple of years. Each time was amazing. She is a bit quirky and can be a little tough to work with, but Springs Village didn’t miss a beat! They were all compassionate and embraced her. She received great care from all of the staff, including dietary, laundry, therapy, nursing, maintenance, housekeeping, insurance coordinator, etc. All took time to stop in and talk with her and treat her like a person, not just another bed. Thank you.

Testimonials
Following back surgery, this was my first time in a rehab facility. I never expected such a caring, kind, and professional staff. They understood when I had pain, and helped to resolve it, through medication and/or physical therapy. I felt prepared when it was time to leave. There are not enough superlatives to say about the employees – nurses, CNA’s, physical and occupational therapists, cleaning staff, cooks and dietary personnel and other ancillary staff. I wholeheartedly recommend Springs Village Care Center.
It is a family there; Stellar believes in family. If we need time off to care for our family, the outlook is, please go take care of them. . . The benefits are good, and pay is the best in our area, in my opinion.
[Stellar has] supportive management. [They have] encouraged and paid for multiple professional trainings/certifications for me in the short time I’ve been here.
“There is an amazing feeling here. Right when you walk in there and meet the staff and walk the halls you feel like it could be a home away from home. I would recommend this property to anybody that is looking for a 5 star service and care property.”
“This place is wonderful! The staff really cares about the residents and go above and beyond. The communication during Covid has been outstanding with at least weekly email updates.”
“This Assisted Living truly cares about their residents. The staff treats each resident with dignity and respect all while creating a loving, warm environment! Families of residents can rest assured that their loved ones are under a comforting roof that meets the personalized needs of their residents.”
“This was my first job and absolutely loved it! It actually helped me decide a career path in geriatrics. Now I want to pursue the rest of my life helping and serving our older generation in any way possible! It’s been about four years later, and I came back to the area to work the same job that made me fall in love with everything I do. They love their residents and do everything to help them have the best quality of life possible! Even on the hard days we still are so grateful for what we do and the service we provide. The staff are some of the most kindhearted, hardworking individuals you’ll meet! The person-centered care is absolutely fabulous as well. There is not one resident I don’t personally know or have some kind of a friendship with! And the rest of the team thinks and acts the same way. Love love love this place and all they do for our residents!”
I was particularly impressed by the ongoing opportunities for family education. The community my mom lives in offers regular support groups and a 3-part education series on dementia and Alzheimer’s tailored to maintaining family relationships. This helped us better understand the challenges we faced with our mom, and that we are not alone in experiencing these things. We learned many strategies for communication moving forward.
The Life Enrichment Coordinator at the community my dad lives in goes above and beyond to create a home-like environment with many activities to participate in. She is constantly playing the guitar or piano for all the residents living there. They also have a friendly dog that lives in the community who brings a lot of joy and meaning to the residents – they get to take her for walks, brush her hair or enjoy pets and snuggles with her.
