Not only are they friendly and outgoing, but they pay close attention to each resident’s unique needs — and carefully coordinate their efforts to deal with them. This communication among different areas — care staff, activities staff, rehab department and dining room — makes me feel confident that my parent is getting the best care available in Northern Virginia.
