Kudos to the entire staff at this facility. Antonio, is the social worker here and I have to say he has gone above and beyond. To this date even though now mom is at home with us he still calls to check up on here. That means so much to our family.

PT is the bomb! Food is good and manager works with you and your needs. Administrative staff are very helpful. For a place with so many beds, people and constant motion…kudos!

My experience there was really great. RN nurses were good with helping patients with their medical needs. Housekeeping always had rooms and facility clean. Food was great. All staff working there were very nice to patients. I give this facility a 10 star and thank you tony social worker at facility.

My husband is staying at this facility. The facility is clean and the staff is very nice and attentive. Today I attended the 4th of July celebration for residents with my husband. Frances, the person over activities and his staff did a wonderful job of putting together an activity wth food, music, and entertainment, which my husband and I enjoyed. It was a great celebratory activity for the residents and their families. My husband was able to meet other residents. Great job!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Admissions Coordinator, Ana Flores. From our very first interaction, her exceptional hospitality and outstanding customer service stood out. Navigating the admissions process can feel overwhelming, but Ana's genuine personality instantly put our family at ease. She combines deep, knowledgeable expertise with true empathy, answering every question thoroughly and transparently. It is rare to find someone who is both highly professional and deeply compassionate. Ana is an absolute asset to The Meadows, and we are incredibly grateful for her guidance!

Recently visited The Meadows on Sunset and was really impressed not only by the facility (very clean and well maintained) .. but also was really impressed by the staff. Everyone from the receptionist onward treated was very nice. You can see that they care about their patients. In talking with the Administrator, Director of nurses, admissions you could tell they were interested in what I was needing and that the patients care was their priority. Left feeling relieved that I found such a great place for our patients.

Wonderful experience at this facility, the nurses like Cherlyn and Ryan were very thoughtful of my family and our needs.

Social worker Erick Aguilar is very nice and responsible to the patients.

I would like to express my gratitude towards the staff at The Meadows on Sunset. My uncle was there for a while and received the assistance needed. This place is under new administration and I was hesitant at first but am very grateful my family made the right choice. They are very helpful. I would like to personally thank the social services department. Always available to answer any questions and very helpful throughout my uncle’s stay with appointments to discharge. The social services team at The Meadows on Sunset is fantastic. They made a stressful transition so much easier by clearly communicating with our family and providing wonderful, compassionate support to my loved one every step of the way. I definitely enjoy talking to Melissa; she was very kind and helpful. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Hi, I just wanted to thank the social services team for making sure my father was well taken care of. They reassured any doubts I had and their communication was excellent. Erick and Melissa, part of the social services team, made mine and my family’s experience way less stressful than I was expecting. They communicated well with us and helped answer all of our questions and concerns with compassion.

It took me awhile to post as my mom Dorothy is not at the facility any longer and the website was not ready but I did want to share her experience as she was well taken care of. Michelle was introduced to us at the hospital and she gave us a comfort level knowing that my mom would be cared for. I had spoken texted with Michelle daily while she was there and I’m grateful to her. Thank you Michelle sorry it took so long to post but I keep my promises.

My mom was recently admitted and I have to share that from the moment we met Michelle we felt beyond grateful to have her by our side. The countless times we reached out to her no matter the time she responded. My mom although did not stay long stated Michelle came to visit her daily and checked on her needs. The care and love that radiates from Michelle is beyond special. If you have a loved one you can be confident that Michelle will watch over them. I truly believe you have a gem in house. So grateful to you Michelle.

I’m thankful for the care my father received during his stay at the Meadows. His care team kept me informed very frequently on his plan of care and health status. Highly recommend!

Even before we arrived we were greeted with a genuinely warm, welcoming phone call from Michal, a VP at the Meadows, who wanted to ensure we felt we had a personal contact and that I knew my family member would be well taken care of. The staff, overall, has been caring and goes out of their way.

The staff was very helpful and nice towards me so I have no complaints. Thank you guys.

This facility is under new mangement. I have my Aunt here and the staff is very nice to her.
