Yes, I would recommend them.

Testimonials
It's an awesome community with very helpful staff. Safe facility, clean, and it's an awesome opportunity.
Yes, I would recommend them.
It's an awesome community with very helpful staff. Safe facility, clean, and it's an awesome opportunity.
The community is welcoming, and the high ceilings create a comfortable atmosphere. The food is delicious, making it a great place to be.
Everything's excellent.
Everyone who works here is very friendly, very helpful, and I am absolutely satisfied with the service here.
It's a nice setting.
Prior to coming here, this community had the best value. So far, it has played out that I made the right choice.
I would definitely recommend The Lafayette to other people, as it has been such a positive experience. Honestly, I'm so glad I moved here because it's an improvement from where I was staying before.
The community is friendly and the resdients are nice.
I can honestly say that this community is wonderful. The residents and the staff are very friendly, and the rooms are really nice. If you need a place to live, I recommend you consider this place.
The community is in an ideal location. The building is new and communication with the staff is good.
The community is friendly and very respectful. There is a lot to do, so I am always engaged. The food is great, and even the other residents are all very kind. I met a nurse and even a high school friend here in the community. My loved one is no longer at the community right now, but we are hoping to get her back here because she enjoyed the community so much.
We have a friend that we told about it. She is now moving in this month.
I would recommend The Lafayette to my friends and family. It is an excellent community with friendly staff and residents.
I love everything but the wait staff in the kitchen.
Excellent place to call home.
I have only been here for a month and I am well pleased with everything.
I am very satisfied here.
The staff is nice. The cleaning people are great.
I fell in love with this place on my second day. I tell everyone how clean everything is and how sweet the staff is. I have never seen a place where the staff is this genuinely caring. I am just so pleased with this place.
I would highly recommend The Lafayette to anyone looking for a place to live.
For this period of my life, I cannot ever imagine a better place or better environment for my happiness and health. I am healthier since living here. I have lost weight without even trying because I am eating good food. They also offer many great activities that keep me active and busy. I can pick and choose what I like to do. I still have complete freedom; I still have my car and go places. I feel so very fortunate that I found The Lafayette.
It is a exceptional service, large apartments, and the best facility for your money.
It is a great place. They offer nice services.
I would recommend them but their website needs updating. They advertised a white linen table service. It is leading and this is why we chose the community. The staff have whipped tables down and chairs down with the same rag. My mother has brought placemats because she does not want to touch the tables so that is an expense that we should not have to pay now.
I like this place. It's a wonderful place to be. The staff is very good at checking on you and watching after you.
I'm not sure how to answer that question.
It is run well here and it is safe. They do a great job.
I would recommend people to stay here.
It's been a wonderful place for my mother. They are going through some changes with the new director and hopefully they will get back to what they were when I initially came 5 years ago.
The rooms are spacious, and the food is excellent. The residents are very easy to get along with and management is very attentive.
I recommend people all the time to The Lafayette. The community is in a good location. From every window you can see trees and grass. We are close to downtown, doctor offices, and stores.
The people here are really nice. Most of the people here are in there 80s and 90s. I'm younger.
I have had people ask me. He has not been in any other community. He has been at The Lafayette for 15 years so that says a lot. So people know that it is a pretty good place to be.
I have not been here long enough to know for sure what the long-term recommendation would be.
It is a great place to live. They have a great kitchen, and the maintenance has improved. They clean your room every week. I have nothing bad to say about them.
It is carefree. Everything is provided for. Activities keep it interesting. Really, everything has been thought of to be of assistance which I like a lot.
It is a lovely place. They are working on improving the food. I do not know if there is another place I would like to go. They tend to raise the rent once a year and by a very large amount.
I recommend them all the time!
I haven't had a chance to see other places; but when it comes to the food, I'd definitely not recommend it.
If you choose The Lafayette, you'd have a very pleasant stay.
In the years I've been here, the quality has slid down a little,
I'd tell them everybody here is very friendly and they will listen to you, and it's a nice atmosphere.
It's a great staff. I would say it's the perfect place for my mom at this time in her life, and they're very caring, very attentive, they are willing to assist her if she needs it.
It's a very nice place to be, with a lot of people my age, they could use more activities
They need to check it out and eat in the dining room before they sign any commitments.
I feel like I'm at home.
Other than the current renovations, it's clean, and they're friendly. Physical Therapy seems pretty attentive, and the residents are all pleasant as well.
He's happy, and he would recommend them.
I'm very satisfied. I came here because of a medical problem that I was shocked to have. I didn't want to come, but when I finally realized and accepted it, it was the best thing for me. It was what I needed to do. I'm very satisfied.
I have already recommended it, and someone has moved in because of it. The people are very nice. It's a nice, clean place. The value of what you get for your money is good value. I looked at a lot of places before deciding on The Lafayette.
It's clean, especially since they remodeled. There are lots of activities, and the food is good.
It's a change of lifestyle and change of mindset; they do the best they can with what they have to work with. It's in our mind if we are able to change or not.
I would recommend them, because generally speaking, it's a very nice place to live. They're trying to straighten out the food. They're working on it, I hope.
I would recommend it, but the food is not that good. The food quality isn't good. With the wait staff, there are certain ones that are really good, and some that need to go.
I looked at a whole lot of these places, and this is the best one I have found for Independent Living with a little bit of assistance. It's the best for the money and the quality of the facility and the staff.
It's a safe and convenient place to live. Their clientele is a mixture of people from the community; they have a really diverse clientele, and I like that.
It's a very friendly place. People are congenial and reach out to each other; they seem to be concerned if someone is sick.
It's a fine place.
I haven't been to other places but have heard about them, and I would still choose The Lafayette for friends and family.
It's a very good place to have your parents if they are not on the assisted living level but just need a little bit of help.
The community is very pleasant and the people are very nice.
It's great other than the food. I'm happy here.
It is a very nice atmosphere. Everyone should come live here.
It's wonderful.
The staff is the key. They have staff that have been there a long time, and that is the key. You know the people there, and that is so important to running a good community.
It is a fine place for your relatives to be.
The community itself is nice. The rooms are spacious. The renovations look like it's going to be great. The staff is lovely and approachable.
It has enjoyed a very good reputation locally here in Lexington. It draws a nice group of residents for the most part. I think if you come in with a good attitude and realize that communal living isn't something you have done since college or army days.
Bring your own food. I've been told by other people there that the food was much better before covid. The biggest problem I have with The Lafayette is the quality and consistency of the food.
It's very nice and very convenient.
The staff is amazing. The food is good. There are plenty of activities to do. Jana Angel, the Resident Services Director, is the reason the staff is amazing. She is right on top of everything. She never stops, and you can tell she loves her job and her employees.
Everything is good except the food.
It seems to be a quality place at a good price.
It feels like I am at home. The people are friendly, and they try to make sure everyone is safe and happy. It's a warm, homey, comfortable place when you walk in.
It is a really good, safe place for your loved one. I feel like it's secure. They do have activities and transportation to outings and doctor appointments. They take them out on drives in the country or to church. So they still have their independence, but it's still a secure place.
The rooms are nice and they have good service.
It's really enjoyable. The people here are friendly. Some of the people that live here should be in advanced care, not independent living.
It's very friendly and caring. The people care about you and check on you.
The apartments are lovely, and the community is very friendly. I feel very much at home here.
I have seen a lot of communities and to me this is the best value for the money. The staff is most mature and responsible for helping people.
It is a very friendly place. Most of the residents go out of their way to help the people.
I've told many people to call. We're working on a referral program right now, because we're right in the middle of all kinds of healthcare which is very helpful. There is no other community with this kind of location. Any of the healthcare services around us can get here within 2-3 minutes.
Overall, it's satisfactory. The staff is outstanding, and the facilities are good.
It is surprisingly friendly. You feel comfortable. I am enjoying it.
It's the next thing to being at home.
It's very nice.
It's a good place to be. I would encourage people to come here.
It's very nice here.
I'd be happy to recommend the Lafayette. You couldn't be happier here.
It's a warm, friendly, and comfortable place to be. The administrative and every day staff are wonderful. I have no complaints there.
I've been living by myself for many years so compared to that, I think what I did was better. Considering this includes room and board along with trips to the pharmacy and grocery store, it seems better. Financially, it is better. If I had to pay for someone to be with me 24hrs/day, it would be exceedingly expensive. We have the security of having someone readily accessible here.
The only staff that makes me feel comfortable are the ones at the front desk. I never see the people in the office. They don't offer as many activities or allow people to visit during meal time since COVID hit. They've really isolated the community.
I don't have any major complaints about the place at all. I would recommend it for any of my family.
I really like everything but the food.
It's clean, comfortable, friendly, and quiet.
The building is old and needs repair. It is probably a good place to be. I like it because I feel safe. It is secure. There are a lot of residents. There is a variety in how far along we are aging, and our limitations. There are some that are very active and friendly, and there are those who are very frail and weak. That is okay. Most are nice. By and large, they are a fun group of people.
You still have your sense of independence, but you get the help that the elderly community needs when you stay there. The staff is there to genuinely care for you and help you.
It's a very nice community.
It seems welcoming. They're nice sized apartments and are good living spaces. It's in a good location. The staff is friendly, and they have established clientele.
For the most part, it is really nice. It is respectful and safe, I think. The maintenance man does not make my mother feel safe. Most of the time, she feels safe and fine.
I would probably recommend the community. The community was okay.
My mother has been engaged and has met so many people there. The food could use some improvement and they could use more staff, but the staff they do have are great.
I would definitely recommend. This place is great. My mother complains about the food, but I think she would complain about it anywhere. I would like to move there! I would not mind living there now. The staff is very great. I have always had good experiences with them. The community has a level of independence for residents. It has flexibility because people can live there who still drive. They still have some independence. It is a pretty place.
Unless you need memory care, it's a fabulous place. My dad loves it here and most of the residents are also doing well. It's a good community.
It is secure. It is well-kept and maintained. It feels more like a private club instead of a senior living community. They all try to make each residents feel important. It does not feel like an old-folks home. it is a very nice facility. I need to reserve my room there. The staff is friendly, and there is a variety of activities. There are always things going on. They take groups out for lunch and shopping. They also offer them transportation to doctor's appointments.
My family is safe and well taken care of, the staff are personable and they communicate well. We have had a wonderful experience overall even during this difficult time with what has been happening in the world.
The Lafayette does very well for the price. It's a good community and it offers a great variety of activities. It is also very safe and secure so you can be confident in your loved on living there.
It is not something most people want to go to, but this place does as good of a job as any other place. They are friendly and in constant communication.
You are crazy if you do not go here. You need to check the place out, and speak with Jennifer to tour the place. Check out the rooms and activities. They are in constant communication with me. It is a very clean facility, and they always check up on my father.
This is the best community for what is offered. They have the best activities and offer 3 meals a day. The community is better than newer places that have opened.
Everyone is friendly. The food could be better, but the people are just great. I needed to ave a shower head put in for my sister, and they were there right away. They check on her to make sure that she is okay. The cost is reasonable.
It is high quality, the staff is excellent, and they are very responsive. The people there are friendly.
This is the place economically and with the care provided. It has a central location, and you can have transportation to go anywhere in the county.
It is well cared for. There are a lot of activities, and you do not have to leave the premises for anything. That is what drew me to it. I am excited to tell people she is here.
The community has an excellent management team. It's a very clean community and the staff work hard to please the residents.
The community is a bunch of retired people just living life. There are so many activities offered and it's very nice.
It is one of the nicest places you could come to. It would be better to be here than to stay in a house. I feel that here is where I ought to be at this point in time in my life.
The building is not a new building but it is nice and renovated. But, because it's an older building they have bigger rooms which is very nice.
For the most part, the community is good.
It is nice place to put your parents for them to be taken care of.
I would recommend the place on the whole. I've gotten to know the people here and there is a good community amongst us.
I feel really safe here and they offer transportation. If I have any questions or need help, the staff doesn't hesitate to help you with anything. They offer a lot of activities as well.
This is a big adjustment and change in lifestyle, there are some residents who will be friendly and others that won't be. Overall, the community is a great place.
My dad is happy here and everyone seems to be genuine. It would be a good fit.
It is a good place to make your home.
The community is very welcoming.
The general feeling when you're there is very home-like. The community has a welcoming nature.
The community is very welcoming, the quality of meals are nice, and they have a great staff.
The community provides a wonderful environment for residents, ensuring their well-being and peace of mind for their families.
She is enjoying herself and is thriving. As her caregiver, I feel like it's still early days, and I am monitoring everything with a weathered eye, as her Medical Power of Attorney.
It's a good memory care facility in our area for people to consider.
The community is nice and the staff the is nice
I consider this community a wonderful place to live. The staff is outstanding, and the environment is pleasant. They decorate for all holidays, and the residents are often seen walking around, appearing content. This facility differs from Dugon and maintains a waiting list, and it feels...
So far, they've been great.
I am impressed by the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff who care for the residents. The hygiene has been thorough.
Overall, the community provides great care. The people who are in charge of Mom's care are doing a very good job.
It's a great community with great people. Great people who reside there and great people who work there.
Given the circumstances I was put in, they were able to accommodate me rather quickly. I am grateful that they had the room available for my mom to be there.
It is a nice facility for memory care patients.
The community features a desirable physical setting, being secluded from the road and exclusively serving memory care residents.
It's superior to the previous communities my loved one was in. I would highly recommend it to others; it has exceeded my expectations.
The best place of peace for my mom.
I have seen a lot and I would highly recommend that others live in this community.
I have already recommended several friends and family members to come to the community.
I very much enjoy residing at Lakeview Estates because it is a smaller community. This facilitates interaction among residents and with the staff. The staff is very good at keeping the place clean and well-maintained.
We researched a lot of communities and some were like maybe but I'm so thankful that I held out and waited to find the perfect place. I would recommend Lakeview Estates
I always recommend Lakeview Estates and I like that the memory care has it separate building and specialized care.
They have good staff members and the price is good. Overall they are clean, but I wish they had more exercise activities and spent more time with the residents.
It is a great facility, and they take great care of your loved one.
Go and check it out and see if it's for your family member!
The nursing staff is great. Elena in sales is great and helpful.
The staff is caring and very nurturing. They know the residents and seem to enjoy working with them and being with them.
Lakeview Estates fits our needs. Mom enjoys the community. It depends on what the needs of their family member are.
They truly are a caring and professional community. When you come in there, you have a sense of being a part of the family. It is a cozy environment.
We were in a difficult situation. Alaina effectively coordinated with us and let me know her availability to help Mom transition into the community. We are grateful for that.
I have recommended it to Mom's best friend. There is a whole lot more attention to the residents. Mom was living in assisted living and there was no attention paid to them. This is the only community where they can go outside by themselves; she does not need a worker or family member. The CNAs are so attentive to details and there is no neglect.
My number one thing is how the staff treats the patients. Next, the activities; they keep them active and that keeps their spirits high. That's very important to me.
It's been a pretty good location that's nice. For the most part, my grandmother's room is pretty clean. They do a decent job, and it's not hard for me to contact someone.
Lakeview Estates has been wonderful; my mom is happy and healthy, which is a tremendous relief.
It's a nice facility, they do a good job maintaining it and do all they can to work in a difficult environment
Its really clean and they are well taken care of.
I never have to worry or feel concerned about how he is being looked after on a daily basis. The caregivers anticipate needs, attend to every detail, and treat each resident with such compassion and respect. It's a quality establishment, they go above and beyond for the residents. I never need to worry about my Dad and how he's being cared for.
The people are nice and they take really good care of my loved one and that's what I priotize.
I would say that it feels like a home; it doesn't feel very clinical. the residents are always smiling and the people are friendly.
In the four months that we have been at Lakeview Estates have been very attentive with my fathers needs and with communication with me.
The place is clean and the staff is friendly, so you don't have to stress about your loved one's care. Although a few things have gone missing here and there, I'm not sure who that would be upon. Also, it's maybe not quite as spick-and-span as when we first moved them in. But overall, the cleanliness and friendly vibes make it a decent spot.
Lakeview Estates is small and personalized. The residents are well taken care of and they ensure that each patient is well taken care of. Each resident is handled with patience. The staff is very capable of dealing with patients with memory loss.
She likes it there for the most part. She likes her room and she enjoys the company of the other residents.
It's friendly, a newcomer fits in well, it's easy to make friends,
The location is not convenient for a lot of people. If you are there I would recommend it.
My friends and family that visit the facility say the facility is wonderful. Of the facilities that we have toured, this is the nicest facility. The facility is top notch, it is an assisted living center not a facility.
It's a wonderful place.
The family needs to be present and monitor their loved one's care while they are staying here.
The facility is five but the billing is not good. Trans America closed the claim for mom's care because they never received their reassessment from Lakeview. They asked for it multiple times and we told the EOD Eric but he did nothing about it. He refuses to take responsibility for it happening. We tried addressing the issue with him numerous times.
It is a very family oriented well organized facility that really caters to those that struggle with dementia and memory issues. They feel comfortable and it has a lot of supportive measures. It is a very family-oriented and well-organized facility that caters to those who struggle with dementia and memory issues. The residents feel comfortable, and there are a lot of supportive measures in place for that population. It is a very caring atmosphere to work to work in. It is a very family-oriented and well-organized facility that caters to those who struggle with dementia and memory issues. It is the one that felt most home. We toured four different facility.
A plus rating. It is a comfortable and friendly environment. It is homey and people seem to be happy. The nurses are very caring and friendly. It takes a special person to do that job.
No complaints whatsoever every. It is hard to please my mother and she likes it there, so that's a lot if she likes it a lot. She is tough to handle but she loves it there.
I already made recommendations to others. She is being well taken care of. The community is nice and they care about the residents. They keep them busy.
Elena is nice and she communicates properly.
They wouldn't need to worry about their loved ones being there, they're treated with the best of care.
It's very clean, everyone is very friendly and they show passion to residents there.
My mom is a very outdoors kind of person and the place has two floors with an elevator, so the residents are free to come and go whenever they want. There's a game room and a nice patio area in the center of the complex. My mom has a sense of freedom there.
I'd say that memory care is a big decision to make in your life, but nothing helps more then the reassurance that Lakeview is taking such good care of your loved ones. it's given my parents a better quality of life.
It makes you feel at home. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and they respond quickly to questions and information needed.
It's a friendly place, very clean, and my mom is well taken care of by the care givers. They treat her like family and that makes her feel needed and respected.
The ratio of employee to residents seems right, the activities are good, it's close to my house, the price was right
The people are very professional, the staff is friendly and they do care and take time to explain things to you.
The staff is very friendly, the director does anything he can to help you, they're very easy to deal with. It's been a great choice for us.
It's a quality establishment, they go above and beyond for the residents. I never need to worry about my Dad and how he's being cared for.
It's quiet. I love the two ponds outside. It's very pretty, welcoming, and serene. The staff is very nice.
Very personable.
It's nice, pretty, and clean. The people are helpful. I looked at just about every home in Birmingham before I chose this one.
I would give them the examples I have given you like the staff who are attentive and caring.
I've recommended them twice already. 95% of the residents are women. There are very few men there, but I still think it's a good place for everyone.
It's a good place for your loved one to live when they have a pretty serious memory problem.
It's clean and well-kept. She's cared for, and they communicate well.
It's a friendly environment. The staff and the director are really cooperative and work with you to get the care provided that you need.
The staff is very friendly, the place is clean, and they take good care of the residents.
I have already recommended it. From the very beginning, one of the things that stood out to me about Lakeview was they had me fill out a sheet about her as a way to get to know her, and I thought that was pretty neat and comforting.
They seem to be close-knit. The RAs are very attentive and loving. It's not one of those facilities where everyone is focused only on medical and health; they really provide a lot of care and love as well.
It's a perfect place to put someone. I can't say anything bad about them. Everyone I've met is great.
The nurses are unbelievably nice. The activities are very good.
He has received consistent care in a kind and warm environment.
The most important thing to me is that she gets good care. Her caregivers are really good to her. Mom has not had a good amount of turnover with her caregivers, and that is so important for Dementia patients.
It's a good place that is going to keep you busy. They are very patient with dad. They stay on top of his medications. Try your best to make sure you can get in there as much as you can.
If someone is looking for comfort, cleanliness, and all around kindness, I'd recommend them quickly and be happy to do so. The staff is excellent. The aids and nurses are above excellent. It's been a pleasant experience for us both.
I have already recommended it to a couple of people. I love the environment it's more homey and less institutional. The people are wonderful. The only issue I have had is I would like more communication.
Friendly staff and good environment.
It's clean. It doesn't have that normal nursing home look. It has more of a homey feel to it.
It's a secure memory care facility if that's what is needed. Even though it's old, it is beautifully furnished. It's clean, and the people that work there do a great job at treating the residents with care, concern, and respect.
My parents have never complained about anything at this location.
It's clean and they've got friendly people there. So you don't have to worry about whether or not your loved one is being taken care of.
My mom has adjusted really well, and everyone from different staff levels is friendly and welcoming.
It's a very nice and clean facility. The people are very friendly and helpful. If you need something, they will respond to you and make sure it's taken care of. The nurse-to-patient ratio is pretty low. I can feel safe that he's being taken care of, and he's safe, and I don't have to worry about him hurting himself. They take good care of him. I've looked at a lot of facilities, and this one is by far the nicest and cleanest one. It sits on a pond or a lake.
They work hard to make it homely and friendly. I would recommend it and already have it to some of my friends. When you look at the price they are charging and the quality of care they provide, it's very good.
It's safe and attractive, and they have a caring staff.
In spite of our issues, which have all just been clerical, as far as the care of my mama it's been great. Just be sure when you do certain things to keep a copy. They were in transition when we put Mom in, and I think stuff got lost in the shuffle. Which is frustrating, but we are on track now and things are better.
It's first class.
It's a very clean and attentive community.
I enjoy talking to my friends and going to the activities.
It's very family style. The caregivers are very, very kind. My Mom just had COVID, and they caught it quickly. We took care of it rapidly, and she's all better.
I really really like it. They take care of my mom and keep her room and her clean. It is really pleasant. Everybody is always willing to help. The people that work there seem to be genuinely concerned about how well the residents are doing.
It's small enough that it has a homey feel, everybody knows everybody, and it's safe.
One thing I really like about them is that they only do Memory Care, so everyone that interacts with my Dad has had training with Memory Care residents. I've been in other communities that are mixed so I like that the care is more specific in nature, and they are all trained on helping with his dementia. I like that there's a handful of men here, too. I've looked at other communities where there are no men, so I'm happy he's at Lakeview Estates. The physical location is close to my home so that's nice as well.
It is a good size. It is small, and everyone knows everyone. The size is the best thing.
We've been there for 14 years. It's a great place!
It's unexpectedly warm and cheery. The highest level of care is given by everyone that I've met. It's made my sister comfortable in less than a month.
The staff at the community are kind to residents and the community overall has a warm welcoming atmosphere. The offer varies fun activities and serve good food.
I like that they have the private rooms. I like that they do keep some of the more severe patients upstairs for parts of the day, especially when they are having trouble. My mother was up there, so I understand that. It is clean, and they keep them busy. It is a pleasant place to be, and it has lots of daylight. They take them out on the porch, and they do different activities with them.
It has a friendly staff, it has a homey feel, and the facility itself is very comfortable. It does not feel like a stereotypical nursing home. It is very nice.
It seems to have very caring staff. It's affordable and my loved one seems happy.
The community is very clean and the staff is very friendly and caring to the residents and their families.
This community feels like a home.
In the time I've been there, my parents' happiness and health has never been in jeopardy.
They have a great director here and she really cares. The director is very helpful also.
I am very happy about the care my parents are receiving.
I actually told a friend yesterday about the community. The environment is very safe, friendly, and welcoming.
I've told several friends and family so far. The attitude within the community is very positive.
The staff are very attentive, and they are always with the residents.
It is not too big which is one of the good things. It has a cozy feel, you generally know everyone working there, and they are very helpful in dealing with both of my parents. They kept them safe and very busy.
My mom has been there a year without any issues. Unfortunately, Covid changed everything at this place. Between the staff and patients (including my mother) getting Covid and a lot of staffing changes immediately afterwards, my mom got progressively worse and was discharged as she just required more care than they were designed to handle.
Great administration. Cares very much for residents.
It's only been three weeks but I couldn't be more delighted with the caring concern of the staff and even the welcoming nature of the residents! All the self doubt and guilt over moving my husband here has vanished... he's adjusting well... still a way's to go, but I feel like he's in the right place!
Good breakfast, it has a very homey feel to it; it's not like a cold hospital. That's what drew me to it.
I believe the community offers good value for the price.
The community is pretty social, and a lot of people like to be able to socialize with everyone.
Nice area, friendly people.
The community is a very good place, and it is particularly well-suited for individuals who require assistance. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful.
The community consistently demonstrates cleanliness, fosters a welcoming environment, and provides a safe and secure atmosphere for my mother.
Very friendly staff that looks over their residents like they are family.
The community is a great place to live. It is expensive, but it is worth it.
I would recommend The Neighborhood at Cullman to friends and family. The staff and residents seem very friendly. The community is kept very clean. There is no way to know all the residents, but the ones I have met seem to enjoy being in the community.
The Neighborhood at Cullman has a welcoming atmosphere with a friendly and helpful staff. The community is clean, and they make sure residents feel comfortable. Overall, I have no complaints and am very satisfied with the care and environment they provide.
A great facility for those who need companionship and a safe environment. The staff is caring and attentive, and the community offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Activities like bingo help foster social interaction, and the overall environment is supportive. The facility truly prioritizes the well-being of its residents.
They do an outstanding job compared to a lot of the facilities around.
It is a very exceptional place. The staff is helpful, the food is good, they offer good activities, and it's clean.
I have recommended them. It's a wonderful place to stay and be taken care of in your later years in life. It's clean, friendly, and I trust the staff and rely on them, and I'm happy my mom is able to stay there.
Definitely a place to consider.
It's a nice place. It's pleasant. The people are friendly, cooperative, and helpful. It's a pleasant place to live.
The people are great. I have spent a lot of time there. Everybody is friendly and helpful. I am talking about Deedee the kitchen staff and the nurses. Frankie and the two Charlottes are all amazing. They all care.
The living and care accommodations are amazing. The apartment and personal attention are great.
I've stopped people in the hallways taking tours and told them it's a good place.
It is a nice community. It is well laid out. Very accessible to people. They have a nice outdoor area like a porch where the residents can go outside.
It is a community for people who need a little assistance as they grow older. It takes a burden off of the family to know that they are seen all the time.
The staff is great. The residents are friendly. The communities are very pleasant and clean. Food is also good.
The quality of care is great. I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for a place to live.
I tell them that my dad loves it there and he has fun. He is taken good care of and he is well served. I can't think of a better place to have him.
The atmosphere is more like a family. You feel like you are in a home rather than feeling like you are in a facility. The residents and staff have a family atmosphere. The facility is also well maintained and in a nice area.
Everything is fine.
It has been a good experience with my dad and he has had a good experience with the other residents. It is a great place for someone who needs some help.
I would recommend them it to them.
They are friendly attentive and very caring.
I have recommended them already, and I think the woman I talked to is looking into it. I'm very satisfied here. I have things to work on to get things put together. I'm not rushed to get my place fully furnished. I'm taking my time to decide what I want to do with the rest of my life now. I figure I have quite a few years left, and I'm deciding how I want to use them. I'm holding off on my plans on what to do with certain things until I decide. I've done some writing and want to continue with that and maybe some other things as well.
I've actually talked to people who are coming and touring. I like that it's an intimate community and all the staff knows all the residents. The staff really cares, and they cover for their lack of staff well, and the administration steps in and help, you don't see that often. i It feels like they really have a heart
It's great and the staff is friendly, I always recommend this to to others
I'm comfortable here, the staff is friendly, and do what I need.
It's a nice place.
It's absolutely wonderful, but a little expensive. It has been a real blessing to my mother and to me that the residents are so friendly, over and above, and have made a special effort to include my mom and engage her.
My great aunt was there ,and my mom is there now
Everything is great up there.
The Neighborhood at Cullman has been a blessing for my mother's overall healthcare and residential care.
They are good about taking care of their residents, and they are good with medicines. The food is satisfactory, but it's not excellent.
They spoil you rotten.
I would highly recommend it!
It's nice, friendly and clean. It doesn't have a nursing home smell. They have good food.
The staff is phenomenal. Don't look too close at the facility right now. The outside needs painting and pressure washing, and the carpets are stained in the halls.
It is good because you don't have to worry about what is going on there. The staff is taking care of the residents, and there are no surprises.
I highly recommend the staff, the level of care, and the nurses. I really appreciate the 24 hour care where they check in even at night. They monitor her often and provide 3 meals a day. I also appreciate the cleanliness and overall appearance. It's not cheap, but it's nice. I'm thankful Mom can stay there.
It's the best that there is in Alabama.
My father has thoroughly enjoyed his stay there so far.
It's small, and they all know each other. They keep a good eye on them and provide many activities. My mother's health has improved since she has been there. She feels safe there, and her quality of life has increased greatly. She gets around more.
I highly recommend this community!
Everything is a plus!
Overall, I have had a very positive experience and it has gotten better.
My mom really really likes it. It is not a nursing home. A lot of people have e negative connotation and it is wrong. It does smell very nice there, but it is not a nursing home. It is much more than that. It is very clean and smells good. Mom has a lot of independence there, and she has care. It is like an apartment. You can come and go as you wish, as long as you sign out. I was able to experience the melas before COVID, and the food was fantastic. It was delicious to me and my mom. They always have activities planned. Charlotte does an excellent job planning activities. My mom really likes the sining and playing bingo.
The community is a nice place, my mom has loved it here, but it has gotten too expensive.
My mother is happy here, and she is very well taken care of.
I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to live in this area. It is a clean place, and it is not old or broken down. They keep it very clean. I have been very well-taken care of. I do not have any complaints about not being treated right.
It's a very friendly community. I've been very satisfied. It really relieves a burden for those of us who have to put our parents there.
The people there are friendly and nice.
As of recently, I've found the community very acceptable and in good condition. Although, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
The Neighborhood is wonderful and like a home to my mother. The community offers a ton of activities that will keep your loved one involved and engaged.
I have had no problems with it.
Overall it was a good experience and I felt very comfortable with my family being there. It was hard to realize it was the best thing for them to be there, but once they were there I could see that.
The community is clean, has great activities, the staff is wonderful, the food is amazing: everything is great.
The quality of care that they give is good. I know that mother is taken care of well, and her needs are responded to. They give me peace of mind.
My loved one is receiving good care, and being taken care of.
It is clean, and the staff is friendly. It is also safe.
It is woderful. It is a place I would like to move to when I am elderly.
If you can afford it, get down there. They're going to take care of you.
It's a great place, just if you can afford it. My mother loves it there and she's been very happy.
The community is very family oriented. The management is very approachable and lovely.
My father loves the community and it feels like a home for him. The quality of care is amazing and it's very personal. The communication between staff and family is very open, and they will let you know about anything big or small.
My mom is very comfortable and safe there. We feel very good about her being there because she wasn't safe before so having her safe is very important. They check on her as far as her health is concerned which is another big thing.
It releases a burden to me, because I know the aides check on them all of the time. The quality of care is good, but it's a relief to family members to know that someone is watching them.
I have actually had my great aunt stay here as well, so I knew this would be a good place for my mother. I have recommended the community to several friends.
I already have recommended it. The community makes sure they are eating daily with good food prepared, they are watching over them carefully, every resident has a necklace with a response button in case they fall to call for help, and I know they get checked on often so they will never go a full day without seeing someone.
The residents here are friendly and open.
I recommend this community to others, and my sister is planning to join.
They're very loving and have a cozy community that cares for their residents.
It's been an outstanding experience.
Very friendly staff. the environment is good. It's not institutional, and it's more like you're living in a townhouse versus an institution.
