“The old model is, ‘Live here and we’ll take care of you.’ The model we’ve created is quite different. It says, ‘Live here and take care of yourself. We’ll help facilitate a highly rewarding lifestyle.’” ANDY ISAKSON MANAGING PARTNER AT ISAKSON LIVING

Testimonials
Mom and Dad lived independently at another Isakson Living continuing care facility for years, and Mom continued to live there happily after Dad died. Over the last year, Mom has needed additional assistance, and I wanted her closer to my home, so she was the first resident to move in when the Terraces was completed. The Isaksons built a first-class facility, and, more importantly, the quality of care provided to my Mom has been excellent. The direct care staff and management have provided a caring environment for her and totally extinguished the “move guilt” that most of us feel when we need to help a parent transition to assisted living.
We brought my mom here when she left hospital after a fall. The facility is new and beautifully appointed, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the food is delicious. That has helped make this transition easier. What has helped most of all, though, has been the staff. They are - without exception in my experience - cheerful, professional people who are eager to help. They have good attitudes. Their experience in dealing with dementia patients has taught me a lot already. They have persuaded my mom to happily do things that used to leave her and me in a standoff and me ready to pull my hair out. I feel grateful to have these kind people helping us with my mom. If your loved one moves here, you will feel lucky indeed because there is no better place in Atlanta. It deserves more than 5 stars.
I recently spent 15 days in short-term rehab at The Terraces. Though the facility itself is 6 months old and beautiful the best part of being at the Terraces is the people. From housekeeping to everyday encounters with physical and occupational therapists to the wonderful, caring staff of doctors and RNs and CNAs I felt well looked after. In March I made enough progress that I was able to go home until I had an unfortunate streak of bad luck 3 weeks later. Post orthopedic surgery I was in need of rehab again and I did not hesitate to return to the Terraces. I spent another 2 weeks there and had another positive experience with everyone. Many people in different positions deserve to be recognized: Precious, Ms. Perez, Shenna, Tara, Fatmata, Atya, Suki, Fatisha, Valerie, Chantal, India, Brooks, Sarah, Larsen, Trina, Claudia, Deborah, Helen, Jasmine, COO Ms. Donna Moore, Agnes, James, Kevin Isakson........ They all contributed to my two positive stays at The Terraces.
