Residents have access to exercise equipment as well as free yoga every weekday, Taiji twice a week, karaoke, dancing, and other activities every day.

There are a little over 300 residents at The Towers. Remarkably, more than 20% of Towers residents are over 90 years old, and more than 5% are over 100 years old.

Diverse cultural practices are respected.

Many residents were excited and chatted with us. This was the first time the residents experienced the Lunar New Year atmosphere in The Towers’ shared spaces. Residents took photos and liked to see the translations of the Chinese (Taiwanese) characters.

The happiest thing about being in The Towers is being able to enjoy our ideals for retirement with our fellow residents, devoting ourselves wholeheartedly and finding joy in it.

When we discovered the Towers, the value immediately stood out.

The price point of the units made living this close to the ocean attainable. When we looked at the bigger picture, the community simply made sense.

By opening up the space and removing walls, we were able to dramatically expand what is truly a million-dollar view.

Now, our floor-to-ceiling panoramic glass doors frame breathtaking views of Laguna Canyon, the mountains, wooded hillsides, downtown Irvine and even snow on distant peaks. Whether we’re inside or outside, it always feels like we’re living in nature.

Honestly, there are moments when it feels like we’re living on a cruise ship.

One of the things we value most is the peace of mind.

Everything is handled.

I never thought I’d move into a senior community. But here I am, happily ensconced in the Towers.

The Towers offers one of the best housing deals in California.

It’s simple and easy, just how I like it.

Long-distance hiking is my passion, and I can only afford it because my housing is relatively inexpensive.

For years, I fantasized about living in a hotel with a concierge at my fingertips when I was older. Surprise, surprise, I’ve got it.

I’m mostly a homebody when I’m not hiking. There’s no pressure to socialize if you don’t feel like it. You can dine on your own or with others.

We received all our permits the same day we applied. Our contractor knew The Towers well, and everything turned out great.

One of the wonderful things about The Towers is that we dine together, share activities and enjoy wine tastings and happy hours. We’ve made so many new friends here, and there’s a real sense of community.

We are thrilled to be able to open our Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet to the public this year. Our holiday buffets were a hit for many years, and we are excited to open our doors again, giving our guests a delicious meal and a glimpse into the dining experience here at The Towers.

I can’t wait to welcome guests back to The Towers for our buffets. Our buffets are a hit among our residents and always feature delicious food. Mother’s Day is the perfect time to welcome guests and their families to enjoy a meal together without needing to worry about who is cooking and who is doing the dishes! We’ll take care of all of that.
