Vista at Simi Valley

We chose Vista at Simi Valley because it is on a piece of property next to the church that we have always gone to and also it is very close to my home. It seemed perfect in so many ways for my husband. They offer snacks and he can get seconds on meals if he wants them and we appreciate that. The staff are extremely friendly, kind, and accommodating. His clothes get mixed up often which is frustrating and that is the only complaint that I have had. I just love it and can’t say enough about them.

When looking for a place to care for a family member, there is nothing more important than finding a place that has staff that truly demonstrates a genuine sense of compassion and care for its residents. Since the application process and moving my mother into Vista at Simi Valley, I’ve been very impressed and pleased with the Staff, Administration and Nursing Staff and there attention to my mother’s care. I continuously see them go above and beyond to make my family and mother feel confident in our decision to move here.

My wife and I are at a loss for words when it comes to describing the compassion, empathy, and care provided by every single employee and staff member at Vista. From Carol Ann (the Executive Director) to Carla, Kim, Brimen, Isaac, Heather, Debbie, Precious, and all the others, they all set the bar for other facilities to strive for.

My Mom has settled down perfectly in the warm, caring and loving atmosphere of Vista at Simi. I cannot say enough about Vista and the peace of mind and trust I have with them. They are taking excellent care of my Mom. She is so happy there.

Carol Ann and her entire staff made us feel so comfortable about leaving our dad in their care. Six weeks of respite care went by so fast. The facility is kept clean and the staff is like family, warm and caring.

We moved my mother from another Assisted Living in Simi Valley where she was being horribly taken care of to The Vista at Simi Valley. I cannot tell you what a difference we can see in my mom in just a few short months. The staff and caregivers are so amazing and treat the residents like family.

The staff, at Vista, has been extremely caring and helpful. I would like to thank them!!! Especially Briman, the Executive Director, for the memory care housing at Vista. She’s an angel.

I have seen an improvement in my friend’s overall spirit since moving into the Simi Vista Community. We are very happy with the care that is being given to him, as well as how they treat the family and friends.

My mother moved here two months ago and she is so happy now. Every person on staff here is caring and genuinely friendly towards Mom and my wife and I.
